Fabulously luxurious property!Although there were only two of us, this property could easily accommodate visitors due to many small alcoves (i.E., table and two chairs on secluded front porch, seating for at least four on the back porch that could be accessed through either the living/family room or bedroom, and additional space was also available in the dining room). The kitchen was furnished with everything we needed for meals made "at home." the existence of both a dishwasher and washer/dryer made it easy to keep things neat and tidy. There was a large pool area for either sunning or swimming with a multiple depth pool, including one for the kids. A lot of care was taken in the design of the plants and trees in the surrounding outside gardens, including a lovely stream through the property. It was hard to say good-bye!

We enjoyed our stay in this clean condo with easy parking and nearby shops. Wifi and TV were great. I didn’t give 5 stars because the unit’s furnishings are dated and it is unnecessarily cluttered with several plastic plants and knickknacks.

Perfect location and space for our Kauai stay

We stayed here for 4 nights, using it as a home base. The location was perfect, can walk out to dinner and just a short drive to Popui beach. The place is equipped with everything you need. We slept with the windows open to hear the birds. Loved that it had a full kitchen and laundry. Would definitely recommend for others and would stay here if we come back.

Poipu Condo

The property is just as listed. Very spacious , clean, beautifully decorated and well appointed. It was nice to have extra space to spread out. We appreciated the beach chairs, umbrella and cooler. The grounds are very pretty. There are nice beaches a short drive away as well as restaurants and shops.The purple sofa bed is a little older and the mattress wasn't very comfortable. Fortunately there is a newer one in the other room that was more comfortable.There is a bit of noise from the adjacent parking lot and there are the roosters (primarily in the early morning hours), not much can be done about them. We contacted the management company about the refrigerator, it wasn’t cold enough even though we put very few items in it. Hopefully that’s been addressed.All in all, we’d recommend this unit for a couple or small family.

Great stay

Very well equipped place. You can tell the owners put in care and thought in decorating the unit. My wife loved the extensive guide to the unit and Kauai that the owners put together. The place is Incredibly close to beaches, restaurants, and shops.Would happily stay there again!

Tastefully set up, well located with minor caveats

Place was nice, very clean and overall very convenient. Only caveats are that it is very dar as a lower floor unit surrounded by vegetation, and the sound insulation from outside noise is limited due to the Venetian style windows (very loud when it rains, which is pretty common at night). Ear plugs will solve that but not everyone is comfortable with them.

Great property for the price. Cute, private, quiet, Hawaiian feel, Clean, Nice kitchen. A little older like the barhroom so updates might be a good idea or at least update the rusty grout but it was good. Laundry in room so plus. Not fancy like the nearby 800 a night hotel with the resort pool and soccer field but your in hawaii with the beach a mile down the road so you didnt need it. If ever coming back to kauai I would stay here again.

A very clean, organized, and comfortable stay

We loved our stay in every way! The space was SO clean, well organized, and thoughtful. With two lanais AND two living rooms to choose from, we had plenty of room to relax. There were quite a few mosquitoes out so we didn't get to spend as much time as we liked to sit outside, but the privacy that the landscaping provided was appreciated. The bed and couch were comfortable. The near black out shades in the bedroom made sleeping very easy. TV equipped with netflix, and the guide book that the owners left was helpful with tons of local information and guides. Special touches like CDs and books to share would make me stay at again! The location was also VERY close to all of our excursions and of course, the famous, Po'ipu Beach! The pool was lovely, heated, but closes quite early - just 30 min after sunset. We took a dip and noticed how clean the grounds were. The kitchen was clean and well equipped. Note, the only things provided in the kitchen in terms of condiments and spices was salt/pepper. They did have a Brita filter though, which was truly appreciated. The laundry machine worked well and instructions were clearly posted on all things that needed special attention. Parking was easy and we never had any issues finding a spot. One thing to note, you do hear your neighbors whenever they are outside, but was not a huge deal as most people adhered to quiet hours. Overall, 10/10 stay.

Good location

This was a very comfortable, nicely decorated condo. It was good value for the area posssibly due to proximity to a parking lot. The parking lot did not generate much noise. The grounds are beatifully landscaped. The washer/dryer worked well and were conveniently housed in the unit. It's minutes away from The Shops at Kukui‘ula and that was a huge plus as it is a premiere shopping/restarant centre in Poipu/Koloa. It would be good to check with the management company beforehand that the wifi will be working when you arrive. We did not get wifi until 20 hours after checking in. As well, our the mobile signal was weak or non-existent in the unit. So we were really stuck as we had work to do the day of our arrival. The management company was responsive although I wondered at times if the chat/messages were generated by an AI/bot. They liased with a local team to fix the wifi.

A great experience

Really enjoyed our stay , especially the pool . Unit was very well stocked with just about anything you could want easily to hand and clearly labeled . The only drawback for us was noise from Koloa Landing parking lot , mostly laundry carts but sometimes motorbikes . We would certainly stay here again , thank you .

Lovely, Clean and Convenient Rental

This ground level rental was beautifully decorated, spacious and clean. There was no AC, so the inside temperature became a bit warm, along with the humidity. Ceiling and floor fans were available. After two days we learned how to stay comfortable by experimenting with fan management. The king size bed was very comfortable. There was a nice welcoming plate when we arrived with cookies, nuts, trail mix and a coffee kit with ground coffee within a single filter. Kitchen and bath supplies were sparse. We had to purchase bath soap, paper towels and facial tissues. The coffee maker was a 10-cup drip appliance. This was a bit outdated, and no coffee was provided, other than the one-use gift coffee kit. A modern single use appliance with K-cups would be a nice upgrade, along with sugar and creamer. Tea would also be a nice upgrade. An ice chest, beach chairs and beach towels were provided, making our daily trips to the beach and about the island comfortable and convenient. The washer and dryer were a much-appreciated convenience. The gardens at the villas were pretty and well maintained. There is a private lanai to enjoy them, however bug spray may be a needed to ward off an occasional mosquito. The location of the rental on the south side of the island was convenient to the beaches, shopping and restaurants. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this vacation rental and would recommend it to anyone.

Wonderful Accommodations

The unit was very well appointed. Most everything you could want was available. Including 2 beach chairs, an umbrella, a small cooler, some children's beach toys, and even one mask, snorkel and fin set. There was a nice welcome basket of goodies which included 4 packets of coffee which the two of us stretched into a week's supply, but if you are heavy coffee drinkers you will probably need to buy more. The unit was very spacious and the included car rental made it an overall good value.
