The cottage is located on the premises of the Pelikan Resort Dźwirzyno, known for its comfortable year-round cottages with fireplaces and flats, located 30 metres from the descent to the beach. The resort is located surrounded by trees and dunes, which are one of the most picturesque and naturally rich areas on the Baltic Sea. Thanks to such a neighbourhood, our guests can enjoy concerts of singing rare species of birds, relaxation with morning coffee and the sound of waves, and aromatherapy with air rich in iodine and valuable ingredients, saturated with the scent of the forest. The resort is located in the peaceful seaside town of Dźwirzyno in the West Pomeranian Voivodeship. Within a few steps from the resort there are the most important catering entertainment and service points (restaurants, stalls with seasonal dishes, shops, supermarket, vegetable and fruit stalls), clothing boutiques, souvenir stalls post office, church and fishing port. The nearest town is KOŁOBRZEG (approx. 12km) - you will find typical urban amenities there.
The Premium cottage with an area of approx. 65m2 is located on the premises of the Pelikan Resort Dźwirzyno and is divided into two zones - a leisure zone and a private zone. The cottage is designed for four guests (two double bedrooms). However, there is a possibility to accommodate two persons - in such a case, we will change the living room into a sleeping area (please discuss the number of persons with the resort staff in advance).The ground floor consists of a kitchenette, a living room with a fireplace, an exit to the terrace and a bathroom. On the first floor there are two double bedrooms and a spacious wardrobe. Heating in the winter months by means of a fireplace and central heating.
LIVING ROOM The comfortable living room of 26 m2 is equipped with a sofa set - a corner sofa with a sleeping function (for two people), a comfortable armchair and a coffee table. The living room also has an entertainment corner - 32" TV and music equipment. The main attraction of the cottage is the corner fireplace, which provides a unique, cosy atmosphere especially during autumn and winter evenings.
KITCHEN WITH DINING ROOM The kitchenette is connected to the living room by a dining space consisting of a table for four. The kitchen space consists of a well-equipped area for preparing meals (pots, pans, electric cooker). In each of the cottages there is complete crockery for 6 persons, glassware (glasses) and a wine opener.
GARDEN - TARAS A huge panoramic window in the living room leads directly to the garden built into an elegant terrace. The outdoor space is furnished with a table and chairs
BATHROOM The last room on the ground floor is the bathroom of 3 m2. Each bathroom is equipped with a shower with a high shower tray (which is an additional convenience for bathing children), a toilet, a large washbasin with a cabinet. The decor of the rooms is in natural, warm colours (browns and beiges), which is conducive to relaxation after a day full of excitement and adventure.
