“I spent two nights here and both were without any heating in freezing minus 4 weather. I asked 5 times for a solution nothing given. I was given a broken heated and my room was not even cleaned. I had to make my own bed and the bedding did not even fit the bed. I had two terrible nights sleep in freezing room with uncomfortable bed. Never again. Do not recommend to anyone. ”

“The room was clean, but had a very bad odor in it. The bed though, was extremely comfortable and that definitely was a plus for us. The breakfast was fine, with enough things to choose from. The light in the bathroom was flickering the whole time, so that was also somehow annoying. All in all, I think we would only stay here again if the prices were more appropriate to what you get and if we were offered another room (that hopefully didn't smell bad).”

“It has been a new experience for me as this hotel offers a different concept. You have to rent linen and towel. No cleaning of the room unless you require it and pay for it. For me, the big advantage was the kitchen available for guests Very well equipped where you can cook your own meals. Fantastic for me as I'm on a very strict diet and can't usually find the correct food in normal restaurants. Overall I had an excellent stay. “Didn't meet any of the staff which wasn't a problem. I would definitely stay here agaun if I am in Gothenburg. Not far to walk from the bus & tram stops, shops & eateries close at hand, a great hostel.”
