DURING YOUR STAY
To ensure the property stays clean and enjoyable for all guests: • We provide one towel per guest. We do not supply extra towels, hand towels, or tea towels, even for long stays. • Do not rearrange the furniture, except when unfolding the sofa bed. • No food or drinks are allowed in the bedroom.
STRICTLY PROHIBITED – FEES APPLY
To maintain a safe and respectful environment, the following are strictly prohibited: • No smoking indoors or on balconies. Breach Fee: AUD $500 • No pets are allowed. Breach Fee: AUD $500 • No parties or events. Breach Fee: AUD $500 and possible eviction without refund. • Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM and ends at 7:00 AM. Excessive noise or disruption may result in termination of your stay.
DAMAGES, LOST KEYS, AND LOCKBOX • Please report any existing damage at check-in with photos from multiple angles. • You are responsible for any damage caused during your stay. • If anything is accidentally broken, please notify us right away. • Lost keys will require a full lock replacement, which may cost over AUD $700. Please be careful with the keys and lockbox.
BUILDING ACCESS – FIRE INSPECTIONS • Fire inspections are legally mandated and occur twice a year on a weekday morning. • If your stay coincides with one, we must allow the inspector access. • All guests must accept this as a possibility and cooperate fully if notified.
IMPORTANT DISCLAIMERS • Construction work may occur nearby. We are not notified in advance and cannot control or compensate for this. • Rarely, there may be building-wide or street-wide outages (e.g. power, water). These are outside our control and not eligible for refunds. • Failure to comply with these house rules may result in immediate booking cancellation and eviction, without refund.
