Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very peaceful well set up house with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Well appointed house with off street parking for a boat and a car. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay at Amiri Amity was so relaxing. We unfortunately encountered a bit of inclement weather but with the big decks and bush outlook we weren’t really inconvenienced. Loved listening to the sounds of the bush and surf and the local kangaroos...

“This is not a resort. This is makeshift cabins. Poo droppings from rodents all around the unit. Management werent professional and staff we rude and obnoxious. What a disappointment. ”

The cabin was a mixture of dated and modern. Food on the island is expensive as to be expected so if you are bringing food make sure you bring the necessary pantry items ie. Salt, pepper, oil, paper towels etc the kitchen is fully srocked with appliances. Kids fished their hearts out but snags were the only...

“Great spot to stay with walkable dining. Close to park and waterfront. Warm, welcoming staff. Super clean. Safe parking. Although be sure to specify if stairs are problematic when booking.”

“Well located but pricey for what it offered. Managed by local real estate office who gave unhelpful advice like BYO toilet paper, teabags and salt and pepper- all these were in fact provided but added to unnecessary costs and hassles in terms of what we needed to bring to the island.”

“It was a very comfortable room for a 4 day stay. It felt clean and more importantly felt safe too.”

The outside is where i would like to spend more time but the outdoor setting was small and uncomfortable and there is not shade roll down for...

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Haven is an affordable older but comfortable home close to Cylinder Beach and the local shops. It does require some maintenance with the back verandah unexpectedly barricaded off and quite a bit of mildew in the bathroom. A solid comfortable home with...
