“GG was the nicest hostess and very helpful. Hotel is an old building but very updated boutique style hotel, central to the main Baker Street. Limited parking but free parking on the street overnight. Would stay here again. ”

“Checking in and checking out was easy. The rooms were clean and simple and we slept well. There is a great coffee shop with amazing fresh baked goods attached to the hotel, as well as a nice restaurant (steak house) and sports pub. The hotel is located right downtown and has a great price point. We were very pleased and would stay there again.”

“We liked balcony room . If not choose it’s underground rooms . Train noise was loud but May long weekend was only 10pm and 7am . We woke up, no problem. Beautiful clean room. Supermarket near by. Convenient location. Helpful staff. We want to go back soon.”

“We chose the cheapest room rate and I suppose we got what we paid for. Towels stained and thread barren, shower curtain heavily coated with pink mold, all edgings black with muck that could be scrub brushed, walls splattered with all matter and in need of paint, couch was too dirty to sit on.”

“Everything about the room and the hallway was old and under maintained. The bathtub was flaking, but the toilet, sink and countertop were OK. The sheets and towels were clean if not rather thin, and there was no blanket to put on the bed; it just had a very thin duvet, and it was winterThe floor was a little gritty with sand and didn’t feel good to walk on. The fridge had been left unplugged and smelled bad so I didn’t use it. I really just needed somewhere to sleep and shower for a couple...

“Rooms were quiet. Great breakfast; lots of protein options! We were in a pet friendly room on ground level and it was very clean. We had a room with 2 doubles and one mattress was collapsing around the edges. I was able to sleep in the middle but if 2 adults were in that bed you might just roll off the side lol. Also found the polyester filled comforters really hot (but menopause is a beast that way HaHa!!) Staff was FANTASTIC! Super friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay there again. ”

“When checking in I told the person at the front desk that my wife has mobility issues and is using a cane so l asked for a room close to the elevator. He told me the room was not very far from the elevator but it was. Next day checking out I mentioned this to the front desk and was told it was because we wanted a queen room. Rooms close to the elevator appeared empty.”
