“everything in the room is old, they need new beds, the mattress is old and you can feel the wires when you lay down. I would also recommend more international options for breakfast. ”
“El personal es muy amable, la parada para el autobús que transporta a las estaciones de ski está justo saliendo del hotel 3 min caminando, te hacen la vida muy cómoda y el desayuno es muy bueno y basto. Sin duda regresaría.”
“Since the moment I arrived at the hotel, the service was disorganized and discourteous.
I arrived with a private driver and was instructed to remain in the car because there were too many guests checking in. Staff wanted us to wait in the parking area, and I had to request to speak with a manager because my driver needed to leave and I could not simply remain outside waiting.

“This property was the ice cream to our trip- the property was beautifully built, maintained and allows for the best possible mountain view from the base. The service was beyond attentive and the room was like out of a magazine. If you’ve got the money- splurge and do it! Watching the first snow fall from the panoramic windows was one of the highlights of our trip! ”
