“These guys know what they're doing. Absolutely amazing communication immediately after booking. They send you all the details. And tell you to update them when you're on your way. So if you're lost they will help you find the way. The interior design, the lighting, the quality and finishing, the marble used. You would think you are at a 5 star hotel. But the prices are waaaaay more attainble and what you're pay for. You are getting a bargain. Just the quality of toilet paper they're using...

“This was my first visit to KK (and Asia!) and what a welcome the staff at CJ Residence provided. Given their location in the heart of downtown amidst the hustle and bustle, a first time visitor might have troubles finding the Residence. However, they sent me their whatsapp contact in advance of my trip, and subsequently sent very detailed instructions on their location. They also asked for my ETA which I thought was standard practice. Above and beyond was staff waiting outside the Residence with...

“I really enjoyed my stay here; The room and staff itself were amazing and also upgraded my room and catered to all my needs:) The only thing is that it's a bit further from the main area so you have to do a bit more walking but overall really nice”

“Great stay! Clean, modern room and a good location.”

“Very nice room. Excellent breakfast one of the best we've ever had in a hotel”

“The hotel is very nice! It looks very new and it is very clean. The suite is amazing. The views from the gym are also great. Food is pretty good”

“Habitacion muy comoda. Hotel renovado. Buenls servicios y calidad.”

“Mediocre - not as portrayed in photos, small rooms, dark and rustic showers. Clean with good towels however. ”

“Good hotel ”

“Clean”

“Très bon hôtel. Très propre et calme. Personnel très accueillant.”
