방이 두 개에 거실이 있고, 침대는 킹과 싱글베드였는데 넓고 쾌적했습니다
옥상에 수영장 또한 좋았습니다.
이동은 그랩을 이용하면 시내와 이마고몰 모두 6링깃 정도로 저렴했어요
다만, 시내로의 셔틀이 무료라고 홍보하는 내용은 사실과 다르게 운영되고 있지 않으니 참고하세요

I never recommend this hotel. We stayed almost 5 days. During those days they did housekeeping once. In residence room, lots of ants are around on the table, around the sink, and on the floor. Floor is so dirty. We read reviews a lot. They all praised this one but Im not sure why they did. The staff are kind but the foods served at breakfast are very limited. The taste is not bad but not my taste. Shortly I want to say TRY TO FIND another one.

Location was decent for getting around via Grab. Fairly close to hawker centres and shopping. The room itself had an interesting configuration, and was stained everywhere - markings on doors, walls, mildew in the bathroom, unclean surfaces in the kitchen and bedroom floor. The bedspread had a few stains, but otherwise the sheets and pillows were fine. The pool had no towels or lounge chairs. The breakfast was boring and underwhelming given the hotel price point.

First of all - The hotel is extremely dirty. In the room, everything except the floor is dirty. There was Durex Play Gel sticking out from under the bed, visible even from the couch next to it. Access to the pool is through service corridors, which have probably never been cleaned. No sunbeds. No towels.
Definitely do not recommend.

Upon arriving to the hotel, we checked in and went to our room and immediately realised that there was no water. This meant there was no shower, no running water in the sink and no flushing toilet.
We immediately raised this with staff who initially offered a carton of mineral water to shower with. After declining this due to it being an unacceptable solution, the staff assured us that the issue would be resolved by 5pm.
We went out and returned at 6pm to discover the water was still not working. I spoke to the staff and it was clear that the matter wasn’t going to be resolved. The staff could offer no solution, stating that the whole of Kota Kinabula had no water. This was clearly untrue as we had been to nearby restaurants and businesses that had water, and the hotel we later checked into had no issues. I suspect the hotel’s issue was due to poor infrastructure and the fact our room was on the 13th floor.
I requested a refund so that we could stay in another hotel. The staff agreed, but said I would have to speak to Expedia and get them to ring the hotel so that they could process this. Expedia agreed to refund and told us to check out, but have now turned round and refused to refund, saying that the hotel won’t authorise it.
Definitely avoid this hotel, in addition to the above the rooms were shabby and there was no laundry service.
I also will not be using Expedia in the future as they seem to wash their hands when you experience issues.

Correcto hotel en Kota Kinabalu
Nos hicieron un upgrade gratis y nos dieron una habitación enorme, cosa que es de agradecer.
La piscina es un poco pequeña.
No está en el centro pero se puede llegar bien a la zona del centro andando.
La relación calidad precio es buena.

This hotel is decent, our room was very large with a kitchenette and 2 bathrooms. Things were generally clean, but it is definitely a bit shabby and run down. There is no DIY laundry, but a laundry service which is very expensive.
The gym is attached to the pool area on the roof, so they close down the entire area any time it rains. We tried to workout 3 times but every time it was closed (as it often rains).
The area appears close to the waterfront and Imago on the map, but because you have to walk around the highway to get there the walk was longer than expected. There are no shops or convenience stores near the hotel, and the "store" inside the lobby was always closed. It was convenient and easy to get Grab cars at the hotel, but we would prefer in the future to be closer to grab food and snacks easily.
If we were returning we would likely stay in the plaza area directly beside Imago shopping mall as the location is much more convenient and closer to restaurants/shops.

Our room was not as good as what was shown before when I made the reservation. Also it was kind of worn-out especially the walls and the bath room door. The electric kettle was so dirty that the dirt was found at the bottom. The toilet plate seemed to be stepped by someone before as there were dirts on it.

I felt cheated by the claim there is the fully equipped kitchen. There is no knife, no chopping board, no detergent, no cleaning cloth, no scoring/sponge to wash up, no tea towel, no drying cloth. I cannot cook at all. I asked for cleaning pad/cloth and was told to us face tissue to clean the frying pan. What a joke. I chose the hotel because I needed the kitchen for special diet preparation.
The floor of the bedroom had 1 cm gaps between plastic floor board and I can see and smell rotting materials underneath them.
The central air-con provided us with free cigarette smoke! It was very uncomfortable. The air-cond in the bedroom side was so noisy that we had to turn it off when we sleep.
The traffic noise kept us up until late at night when we are at the 13th Floor.
The gym at the roof level has no air-cond and is that meant to be usable? I would not go into the pool which is not that clear and the noise of the pump next to it is loud.
Last but not least is the terrible terrible terrible breakfast. It is vegetarian. I asked for an egg and was told I need to pay RM2 for it.
Hotel receptionist is not good in English/helpful . There are only 2 seats neat the lift lobby from which one cannot see the entrance of the hotel. There is no lobby or seats for guests to wait for the car/grab.
All in all, it is like a cheap motel with things which were meant not to work. I regretted choosing it. It is probably the worst hotel I stayed ever in the far east.

Reception staffs were very helpful and polite in answering our enquiries. They provide prompt response to our room services request.
Hotel room beds were clean, tidy and comfortable.
Hotel room with open kitchen and cooking utensils which good for self cooking. But the hotel room refrigerator electricity supply shall be cutoff automatically after guest leave the room. Hence the refrigerator is not suitable for storing food not consume immediately.
Hotel room tea bags not daily refilled after used up. Kitchen table and associated kitchen sink not clean up daily.
Wide variety and tasty breakfast. Dinning area was clean and comfortable.
