Aparrment was clean, staff was very help, it was nice to have a coffee maker and great location, we will definitely stay there again.

A great and spacious attic apartment, fully furnished - and the staff were incredibly responsive and helpful. Location is great. Super place!!

This place was so nice. The place was super clean and staff was so helpful and easy to reach. This could not have been more convenient to get to for old town and bazaar shopping. I loved this place. There was so much room and ammenities including washer dryer. I will say there are quite a few stairs to get to the room I had at top floor with an excellent view but everywhere seems to be this way. I highly recommend this place.

It is a great apartment that is taken care of by the nicest people. We came early and were able to leave our bags at reception while we explored the area before check-in. The apartment is clean, the bed is nice (important) and it is close to everything. The staff gave us tips on restaurants and activities and answered quickly if we contacted them with questions. There are a few steps to reach the apartment so if you have really bad knees it is not the easiest to get up and down but if not I highly recommend this place when visiting Kotor.

The actual room is very nice. Getting there is the negative. The agency is nearly impossible to find. The address is no help as they really don’t use address in the old town. The location on Expedia is wrong. The agency will send you a GPS location. Be sure to use that!! When you get to that location be sure to go upstairs in the apartment building to find the office. The unit itself is up many stairs. The first flight is up very dirty medieval stairs filled with cigarette butts and behind the scenes trash and supplies. The second flight is steep but clean. You’d think you are in the top floor but there is an attic apartment above you. You will hear the guests in it as well as the church bells in the morning.

The location was superb, couldnt be more in the 'heart of old town kotor'. Please note that the location google shows is a bit misleading and incorrect , we had to call their reception and someone came and got us!. The apartment is spacious, well equipped and clean and Adrijana was very warm and welcoming when she brought us there (thankyou!) and the rest of the team was also very responsive whenever we reached out. The church bells do ring veryyyy close but luckily they didnt disturb us too much! Its close to many cool shops and restaurants as well as a 'bazaar' (please see attached pics to know which door it is and nearby restaurants/lanes to help you in identifying it) our only negative point would be the walk -up to the apartment once inside that 1st door from the street. its very uncomfortable and unkempt..dirty/dusty and unfinished, in stark contrast to the apartment itself ; and its definitely not for anyone with any mobility issues. but if we were to come back to Kotor, we would certainly like to stay here again!:)
