Full Description:
Apartment Callysta is a beautiful, modern first floor apartment situated at the end of terrace on Helios Heights, offering lovely golf course views (the academy course) and fantastic central Resort location. Just a one minute stroll from the wonderful communal pools on Helios and a two minute stroll from the tennis academy, and five minutes stroll to the Resort village centre restaurants and facilities.

The open plan living and dining area is light and airy enjoying two balconies; a smaller one facing south with golf course views (furnished with table & chairs, lovely for a morning coffee) and a second, larger balcony to the side of the property, furnished with comfortable seating, electric BBQ and sunbed.

The living area has a comfortable sofa and a large Smart TV that also has a comprehensive TV system with International sports and movie channels with playback option. The adjacent kitchen is compact but modern and fully fitted with everything you need, including a small dishwasher and a Nespresso coffee machine. Great work from home option, with plenty of desktop space, good reliable internet and a printer available for use. The bedroom has a large, comfortable bed, a small south-facing balcony (with golf views) and an ensuite bathroom that has both a bath and overhead shower, and a separate shower unit.

The apartment benefits from having ceiling fans in the living area and bedroom, as well as air-conditioning, and has free, reliable wireless internet. A heater is available for winter comfort too.

Helios Heights Village on Aphrodite Hills Resort, Cyprus. Helios Heights Village is around a 5 minute stroll from the resort village square (cutting through the tennis courts which are neighbouring the village). It is a great village for families and kids of all ages – with a fantastic communal pool with beach entrance and waterfall, as well as a separate children’s splash pool.

Our standard check-in procedure is that we meet our guests at the resort entrance, show you to your holiday home, give you a brief guided tour and hand over the keys.


We will request your full flight details ahead of your arrival, in order to make sure that your meet & greet runs smoothly.


During times of Covid-19 we can also offer a remote check-in service in order to minimise contact; full instructions/directions/map shall be sent in advance, as well as more detailed information on the property, a key box code and a telephone number to contact in case of any questions.
