“This traditional Japanese Inn is thoroughly modern with excellent facilities, rooms, Michelin quality food, and helpful staff. We want to call out ‘Mikki’ who was super kind and helped us with any language barriers we had. The entire restaurant staff was amazing and we are grateful to meet the chef. The onsens were also wonderful. A room here with breakfast and dinner included is an excellent value.”

“Excellent onsen hotel right at the end of the first day of the Kohechi Kumano Kodo pilgrimage trail. I came for the onsen and mountain seclusion, but they had such good maps of the Kohechi at the front desk that I decided to walk back to Koyasan the day I checked out. It’s about 20km through the mountains from Nosegawa Onsen to Koyasan, walking on a mix of well-kept trails and paved roads; overall, a moderately difficult hike with very good signage. “단점: 욕실딸린 방을 예약했으나 해당 객실 고장으로 욕실이 없었습니다, 장점: 스태프가 아주아주아주 친절했습니다. 객실간 방음이 매우 잘되는걸로 추정됩니다. 각 시설 청결도 매우좋습니다. 밥을 많이 줍니다 정말 많이줍니다. 식당에 BYOB 가능, 목욕탕 깨끗하고 편-안. 역사에 연결된 몰에 마트가있어 좋습니다. 재차 방문하고 싶습니다.”

“Dit is een werkelijk prachtige oude Ryokhan, een absolute aanrader als je met de auto reist. Heel erg mooi gebouw en erg goed eten. De eigenaar was erg aardig. Goed te combineren met een wandeling in Odaigahara.”
