The rooms are bigger than my house. Full kitchenette, bath tub and shower etc... With two boy, wife and myself; we totally enjoyed the spacious room.

Boka inte detta hotell!

Varning! Det här hotellet ser inte alls ut som på bilderna! Smutsigt och ofräsch! Mögel i rummet och AC fungerar inte. Hotellet har säkert varit fint en gång i tiden, men det är nergånget och har inte underhållits alls. Synd, för läget är bra.

Det dårligste hotellet i Thailand

Det desidert dårligste hotell jeg noen gang har vært på. Ingen ting fungerer. Aircondition -anlegget virker ikke om natten (helt våt av svette ), ingen internett i 3,5 av 5 dager, ingen eller svært dårlig tv-signal, gjør ikke rent på rommet, setter ikke inn flaske med vann som er lovet i annonsen, kommer heller ikke med toalettartikler som er lovet, elendig frokost, sur betjening, men faktisk talt en god seng. Dere bør ta dette hotellet ut av hotelltilbudene deres. Dette er for dårlig. Prøvde å få penger igjen, men til ingen nytte, kontaktet politiet og politiet kom, forklarte situasjonen og fikk fullt medhold av dem: da sa sjefen for hotellet at jeg skulle få pengene refundert, men måtte gå gjennom dere,så skulle de kansellere bestillingen og gi pengene tilbake. fikk også klager i fra mange andre personer, spesielt mange tyskere, som også ville ha penger tilbake, for det var på ingen måte valuta for pengene. Ble også stjålet 1800 baht, ca 500kr fra rommet. Politiet kunne ingen ting gjøre med det.

Best value for price I got. The room is huge and equipped with Microwave, toaster, kettle, washing basin, large bathroom with bath tub. No doubt you can tell it's a little dated but all things still work. Very quiet at night and some distance from the main Krabi downtown and main beach. But the beach in front of hotel is very nice too. I was there for work so this is my perfect choice as the price is unbeatable during peak travel season. Oh, there is also a large swimming pool too. Very peaceful and quiet at night as well.

Such a shame

This clearly used to be a really nice hotel. The room was lovely, a big size with a nice living area and kitchenette and a good bathroom. The service was poor at best. We asked for an airport transfer and they just said no offering no explanation, same for laundry (we're travellers) and breakfast is overpriced. Roof leaked ALOT outside our room covering the corridor in water as it was rainy season. The pool is so dirty which is the biggest shame because it clearly used to be such a nice pool with a swim up bar and two small kids areas. Housekeepers were very friendly and nice! For the price we paid it was fine but it just looked like it could have been so much more - such a shame!

They except pets but pool was dirty didn't want to swim in it.Our room wasn't cleaned one time in the week we were there. I had to ask for clean towel. Location ok if you want to be away from everything you need to take taxi rent car to go to Ao Nang this was kind of a sleepy town not much to do. Value for dollar good , room was big

Péssimo

Foi péssima. Nos colocaram em quarto cujo o banheiro apresentava vazamento de agua do vaso sanitario. Apos horas de tentativa de conserto, nos ofereceram a troca de um quarto, porém em uma categoria inferior e ainda estava sujo e dessarumado, ou seja - teriamos que esperar ainda mais. Nao concordamos e com dificuldadss conseguimos falar com a gerente, que como seu time, fala muito pouco ingles. A unica solucao foi nos transferir para um outro do hotel da mesma rede bem afastado de onde iriamos ficar.

Great city with not such a great hotel

Area - quite and peaceful. Pools - Tiling on pools were not cleaned causing the pool water to look dirty Room service - disappointing as only done on alternate days. Towels, toiletries not changed or provided daily. Amenities - Basic necessities such as kettle had to be requested. Requested for a king size bed, got 2 queen size bed. Wifi - In the room, network always busy and at times, it takes a long time to connect Breakfast - Always the same menu Toilet - WC at times got choked and need to be flushed repeatedly. Water on the floor is not draining away to the floor trap efficiently Lift - not provided to the different floors Phones - not provided in room to call room service or reception desk

A bit of a let down...

I was very dissappointed with this hotel. Pros were the rooms are nice and large and tv has 4 movie channels. Good laundry service and friendly staff. However room was not very clean when looking at it closely. Some rooms are new but some are old and very dated. Unfortunately the grounds and pool are not being maintained... the pool was dirty and remained this way for the whole 10 days i stayed here. Trees and gardens are also not maintained well. Really disappointing as you cant really enjoy the hotel given poor pool area. The hotel is in walking distance to beach, and a 7 eleven is across the road which is handy. I chose this location to be far out from Ao Nang and have some quiet time. There is no tuk tuk service with this hotel be prepared to spend a lot in taxis if you want to head out of Kluang Muang.

Its a really nice Hotel but a ways from the beach and not a very nice beach. And not much to do around there...

Belle plage, grandes chambres, humidité...

Hôtel situé dans un quartier de Krabi très loin de l'animation touristique : en plein été, peu de restos, peu de commerçants, nécessité de prendre un taxi ou tuk-tuk pour se rendre à Ao Nang (entre 300 et 500 Baths par trajet.NAVETTE GRATUITE SUPPRIMEE PAR L HOTEL)...mais une grande plage absolument magnifique très peu fréquentée ! Aspect pratique un Seven/Eleven juste en face et un distributeur gratuit de boissons chaudes à l'hôtel, bouteilles d'eau fournies tous les jours. Les chambres sont très grandes, propres, agréables MAIS une odeur d'humidité limite supportable (à l'accueil, ils fournissent désodorisant sur demande). Nous étions seuls dans l'hôtel, avec des passages éclairs la nuit de touristes Chinois, donc très bruyants (uniquement la nuit ! la journée, il n'y a personne). Avis mitigé mais nous avons passé un bon séjour avec nos ados qui ont profité, pour eux seuls, de la piscine.

Nice but very deserted

First we were given ground floor room which had some peculiar smell and it looked like it had not been used for long time and got very eerie feeling the moment I entered so I asked right away for another room. Then we were given on the third floor which was much better and pleasant atmosphere. Rooms are like a good one bedroom apartment size. clean and nice staffs.When I read review before I book someone had mentioned that they would provide free tuk tuk or shuttle to town but it 's not true. Only thing I would like to mention is- please check the refrigerator (s).They need good deep cleaning. Ours had massive mouldy stain and bad smell. I had brought in some take away but I hesitated to put inside.
