Very nice apartments and well located

The apartments are very nice, very near to the main place and attractions of the city. They are luxury and safe. Very comfortable.

Property could be better taken care of, also clean little more in details. Better bedding and pillows will be nice too, not enough pillows for all beds. Nice end easy access to old town was appreciated.

The location is great and the security on the front desk is reassuring. The apartment has a good layout and items. It was good to met by someone. However, we quickly found that the air conditioning or heating did not work and that taps were plumbed incorrectly, with hot being cold and cold being hot in 2/3 taps. The towel heater did not work when plugged in. We contacted via the number given and were advised to plug it in, which we had. We were told there was no heating because it was summer. No explanation concerning the air conditioning. On the Sunday afternoon we heard what we thought was repetitive drilling, it turned out to be an extractor fan in the kitchen. We called and after a few conversations a lady came out who was very helpful and apologetic. We had to stress that as it was electrical we were concerned that it may cause a fire. She turned it off at the trip switch, which also left us with one light and a lamp. She also turned back on the switch for the air conditioning. We set the air conditioning as it was so warm, but on our return to the apartment found it had raised its own temperature, showing us that it was faulty. I wish we had been warned about the building work outside. We have videoed the noise and look as it was our view and had had to have the door shut to espcape noise and open to cool down. Thus meaning we did not make a huge use often apartment as it was not a comfortable stay.

We (five old ladies) like the flat very much. It was clean and nice and it was very good that there is two bathrooms and good beds. Location is excellent, you can walk or use trams. It was not very nice, that there was only one key to the apartment and there is not at all the luggage room. We had the night fly, and we could not leave our bags there. That is why we keep the apartment many hours over the leaving time and it paid us as much as an extra day. Nevertheless we recommended Angel Plaza Apartments and we could come there again.

Great location, easy walk to the square and easy to find. Very nice complex and great rooms, we had every facility and amenity in the room we needed and la gioia, our rental provider were great with communicating. They even let us keep the room for a few hours to save carrying our bags around before our flight home. Would highly recommend!

Everything was ok except parking. I parked firstly in front of the building but I got a ticket. After I parked in the building underground but I had to pay 50Zlt per day.

We never received the email with check in procedures, so when we got there our check in took way longer then planned. After that thought the apartment was a good fit for our needs.

convenient near old town

Perfect location on the edge of the old town- many breakfast restaurants nearby. a rather big 24 hour convenience shop Appartment with all conforts (washing machine- dish washer)2 bathrooms- enough to sleep 8! very clean and very accomodating staff. Wil certainly go back

Hyvä hintalaatusuhde kävelymatkan päässä vanhasta kaupungista sekä juna-/linjaautoasemalta. Varustetasoltaan riittävä, toki parisänkynä 140 senttinen sänky, joten ylen määrin ei tilaa leveästi nukkuville. Muutama valo palanut ja vessan lukko ei toiminut, mutta nämä suurimmat puutteet. Muilta osin siisti ja viihtyisä.

Filthy Apartment

When we arrived to the apartment it was simply filthy. The walls were all very dirty, the ceiling was dirty, the furniture were dirty and there were spider webs in many places and the apartment smelled of heavy smoking. It was very clear that there was not much cleaning going on. We called the one who delivered the keys to us and we were told to email the manager which we did. We never got any answer from that manager nor did the manager call us. We left the apartment and had to check in to another place since we had travelled 400 KM to get to Krakow. We had never ever had any experience like this before and we will never recommend these apartments.

God beliggenhet, dårlig renhold og service

Vi var fire jenter som reiste på tur sammen. Leiligheten var veldig fin men renholdet var forferdelig. Det var støv og skittent rundt om i hele leiligheten. Vi prøvde og kontakte damen som møtte oss første dagen, hun svarte først på meldinger om at det hadde vært rengjøring personale der. Noe vi helt klart så at det ikke hadde vært. Når vi prøvde og ringe henne tok hun ikke telefonen eller svarte på meldinger. Utenom en dårlig opplevelse med service og denne ene enkelt personen var det en fin leilighet med god beliggelse. Jeg ville heller lagt penger i ett hotell med bedre service hvis jeg skulle reist igjen.

Interesting name, Angel.

Angel Apartments are certainly well located and mere minutes from Old Town. Access into building is really good and attendant is always there. The apartment 103 itself is modern with fine furniture and very spacious for a couple. Beautiful bathroom and living/kitchen room area. But.............the apartment was to be air conditioned and it was not. More to the point it was turned off and the girl attending the place did not want to turn it on. We got the fan on but not the AC. Temps outside around 30 degrees. As well, the bedroom had problems. The curtains failed to keep out the sun and by 6:00 am the room was full of light. Curtains too sheer and also not attached st top. Care for the apartment needed. We did find it otherwise quite good and would stay again. Clarify about AC though. Check bedroom curtains.

Super god beliggenhed. Vi ankom til lejlighed kl. 17.00 og det viste sig at lejligheden ikke var blevet gjort klar, så vi blev nødt til at gå i 1 time. Da vi kom tilbage var der pænt og rent, men det ene badeværelse var ikke blevet gjort klar. Derudover virkede lejligheden noget slidt.

Only issue was waiting over an hour to get the key, but the staff at reception was very friendly and made passing the time easier, however since we had indicated what time we would be there, would have appreciated a more prompt service. Thanks for an amazing apartment and convenient location!

nice hotel, good location. were given a different room to the one booked.found the room not suitable for our needs (it had a mezanine floor with steep steps to the bedroom). paid by debit card and was charged an extra 4%!

Spacious

We stayed in a two bedroom room which was very nice in terms of having our own space. The bathrooms were large and the kitchen looked very nice (we didn't really use it). They worked with us in providing transportation to and from the airport and the vehicle was very nice and spacious as well. It was very obvious that the rooms had been used with furniture looking a bit dirty and there was actually a giant suitcase that had been left in one of our rooms, but overall it wasn't a bad experience.
