Hotel bastante correcto
Una ubicación estupenda, a 5 minutos de la plaza del mercado, en una zona muy cómoda muy cerca de la estación de trenes donde te deja el que llega del aeropuerto. La habitación en la que estuvimos era muy amplia, incluido el baño, la cama cómoda, aunque el colchón fuera muy fino, y había un hervidor de agua con algunas infusiones como cortesía en la propia habitación. El personal fue muy amable en todo momento y como el último día nos íbamos de madrugada, antes de irnos, nos prepararon un desayuno muy completo para llevar. Sin embargo, tengo que destacar negativamente la limpieza diaria. Cuando llegamos la habitación estaba bien limpia pero en las 5 noches que estuvimos se limitaron a cambiar las toallas y hacer las camas, hubiéramos agradecido al menos un barrido.

Excelente relación calidad precio
Se trata de un hotel sencillo, situado cerca de la plaza del mercado de Cracovia, al que llegas en 10 minutos andando, prácticamente en línea recta, por una calle donde encuentras establecimientos para comer de distintos tipos, tiendas para comprar, cambiar moneda... Desayuno correcto y suficiente para el precio del hotel. Personal en recepción atento y agradable, te dejan bolsa con desayuno para llevar si lo solicitas.

Correcto, habitación austera. Camas en línea.
La habitación en la que estuvimos alojados era muy austera. Las camas individuales, no estaban situadas una al lado de la otra, sino que estaban colocadas en fila. ¡Alucina!

Bloque de pisos y Hotel.
Me tocó en una habitación en la que tenía una cocina pequeña con nevera incorporada. Más bien parecía un apartahotel. Pero venían cada día hacer la habitación. Todo muy limpio, grande y aunque él baño no era muy moderno y la mampara estaba un pelín rota... todo lo demás, espectacular. Bien situado. Súper céntrico y al lado de todo lo más importante. Zona muy tranquila y nada de ruidos. Nos costó un poco reconocer la entrada, pues la foto de referencia y lo que es la entrada, no corresponden mucho. Pues parece la entrada de un bloque normal y corriente de no ser por las pequeñas plaquitas colocadas justo en la puerta. Y hay que picar al timbre del interfono como si fuese un bloque de pisos.

The Hotel has good location, good quality-price and good breakfast. The room was not toplevel but comfortable and with a renewed bathroom. We consider that we made a good choice.

Hotel muy acogedor. El personal muy amable. Habitación limpia y cómoda. Buffet muy bueno. Incluso tuvieron el detalle de prepararnos un picnic cuando tuvimos que salir pronto para una excursión. En general muy contentos con la estancia. Volveríamos sin pensarlo.

Sorpresa positiva con este Guest House
Nos ha sorprendido el gran valor calidad-precio. La situación es perfecta, está muy limpio y las habitaciones son grandes y confortables. (mejor que algunos hoteles de 3 estrellas). El desayuno es correcto para su categoría, excepto sí lo encuentras en un momento de colapso. El personal correcto.

Barato y cercano al centro
El hotel es aceptable para el que busque algo económico para dormir y a 5-10 minutos del centro, pero si se espera algo más, mejor buscar otra cosa. El personal es agradable y nos ayudaron con todo lo que les preguntáramos. Creo que deberían renovar un poco la estructura del edificio porque es bastante antiguo.

Really enjoyed my stay here. The area is right on the edge of the centre of town and so is ideal for any traveller. The staff were superb and the instructions to access the property, after check-in had closed, were brilliant. It is a traditional Polish hotel and gives you everything you could possibly need, at a very competitive price

Kosmopolita, great value and helpful hotel
Our stay at Kosmopolita rooms was brilliant, they were so helpful throughout. I highly recommend the hotel. It was close to the beautiful old town but far enough away so it wasn't really busy. I can't say enough how helpful the staff were, they booked us taxis without hesitation. Very competent people. The only downside is that the breakfast dining room is too small. It was cramped at times. Thank you though Kosmopolita!

The apartment was located approx 15mins walk from Krakow market place. There was a mini kitchen with fridge sink and dual hot plate but we only used the fridge. There are number of nearby restaurants serving typical polish cuisine 5 mins walk away in Slowkowska street. Breakfast is available in the hotel and it is a buffet style breakfast. Small bread rolls, meat slices , cheese,cereals, yoghurts etc and pastries the type change daily. If you want to arrive by train, the main Krakow station is approx 15 min walk in the Galeria Krakowska shopping mall. If you arrive after 8pm make sure you tell Kosmopolita and they can give you a code for the entry door
