The central part of the studio consists of a comfortable living and sleeping area with a double bed and a TV offering cable channels and Smart TV functionality. Air conditioning ensures a pleasant temperature regardless of the season, and the large window brings natural light inside, highlighting its modern character.



Kitchenette is fully equipped, allowing guests to prepare meals independently. Available for guests are a hotplate, microwave oven, kettle, and coffee maker. Next to it is a table with chairs, creating a comfortable space for dining or working on a laptop. For guests' convenience, a welcome set with coffee, tea, and basic spices is prepared.



The modern bathroom is equipped with a shower, washing machine, and hairdryer, providing full comfort even during longer stays. Hotel towels and a basic set of toiletries, including shower gel, shampoo, and soap, have been prepared for guests.
