El hotel muy bien, pero primer día no hicieron la habitación y tuve que pedir que la hagan por la noche al llegar. Desayuno genial, ubicación un poco alejado del centro

bien sobre todo el personal ,aunque no hablaban español se esforzaron por enterdenos , seria muy bueno un canal de tv en español ,despues de los tours se llega cansado y no se pueden ver noticias en castellano

Muy buena relación precio calidad
Alojamos en diciembre en días previos a Navidad. El SPA en fantástico, todo muy limpio y bien mantenido. Tienen servicio de batas , pero no lo ofrecen, hay que pedirlo. Está cerca de todo lo importante de visitar en Cracovia a pie o con muy buen acceso al transporte público, el que es muy barato. Totalmente recomendable!

The Hotel is good and the staff are friendly. The location is fine, around a 20 minute walk from the centre of town. The rooms were fine, although our view of the roof of the building wasn't great. The bed was our biggest concern, with two single beds pushed together and a double mattress over the top and two single duvets. This meant that there was a light switch, presumably normally between the two beds which was now in the middle of the bed at mattress height. This was accidentally switched on twice during our stay during the night, waking us up both times.

It allows us to modify the room type depending on the individual needs of our Guests. However, I must agree that it should match other aspects of the room design, such as the light switch. Pool was great. Hot tub was not working though. Rooms slightly tired, but clean! 25 minute walk to the main square. 2 single duvets for a double room? Found that a little strange. Staff were pleasant. 80 ZL (around £16!) for breakfast is an absolute rip off though. Embarrassing how they can charge this much. Turn right out of hotel and you can get a lovely little breakfast for 2 for that price!

The carpet in our room was stained and looks really dirty .When I book there was Breakfast incl but we didn't received in Hotel.They don't have enough trobe for us water in pool and jacuzzi was too cold and not enough space for everyone in pool and saunas.Was apect much nice all very disappointed.

Fantastic Hotel
Brilliant hotel right next to a main train station on the outskirts of the Jewish quarter. Lovely swimming pool, spa, sauna and steam room. Clean amenities, friendly staff and glass bottles provided to fill with mineral water from a machine in the corridor.

I think the overall hotel was good but I’ve been in better 4* hotels. I was a bit disappointed that I put up the cleaning sign but only new towels were given. I have never been to a hotel where they don’t clean the room for 3 days. Breakfast was good but it was a little annoying trying to work out what everything was because there were no signs.

All in all this was a great experience! The staff were great, service and the facilities were superb. The only negative thing I could think of was that the pillows are horrible. Therefore I asked for 2 extra pillows. Of course this was no problem.

Incredible Value
Fantastic hotel. Lovely pool area and great sauna. The breakfast buffet was incredible. Extremely clean everywhere. Very close to trams and also easy to walk to from city centre.
