  • The boutique townhouse sleeps four featuring a king bed and a queen bed. Situated in Belnem, 100 m from Bachelor’s Beach with private parking for one vehicle. The bedrooms have air conditioning & fans. Solar water along with screens throughout to enjoy the Caribbean breezes without the mosquitos.

    The resort like setting with shared swimming pool with a 1200 sq. ft ocean deck terrace with amazing panoramic island views also provides wonderful afternoon shade with ample outdoor Adirondack chairs and picnic tables spread around the property.

    A full kitchen, an oversized new washing machine and dive gear hanging space are secure in the indoor laundry room, flat-screen TV, high speed wi-fi with over 500mb speed, Alexa online music. Rinse tanks are close to parking.
    The screened in porch has a fun partially stocked tiki bar.

    The street and sidewalks are brick as of 2023

    This home is non-smoking, with no pets allowed.

We really enjoyed our stay in Bonaire, and loved having a clean, comfortable place to return each evening. Our hosts were across the same street, and very helpful with information and local tips! Planning to book again on our next trip.

This place was so great for our family! It had everything we needed and was in such a perfect location. The kids loved the pool and we had such great neighbors while we were there. Rodney and his wife were such great hosts and gave us many recommendations from restaurants to sight seeing! Highly recommend this place and we hope to be back!!

We had a great stay at this property. The location was excellent and very convenient, the home was clean and well maintained, and it was fully stocked with everything we could possibly need. The owner, Rodney, was extremely friendly and helpful throughout our stay, which made the experience even better. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

Rodney and Christa were great hosts! They offered a truck rental too which made arriving on the island super easy! Location was walkable to a couple of restaurants and a short drive to most everywhere else.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The place was absolutely beautiful, very clean and had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. The pool and outdoor space were amazing and quickly became our favorite spots to relax and unwind. We also really appreciated the extra touches like the beach chairs, cooler available for our use and the cold beer in the fridge! Check in was simple and stress free and the owners, Rodney and Christa were incredibly kind and welcoming, and Mark and Mo were awesome to hang out with. We also fell in love with their sweet little pup, Chloe! She was an added bonus to our stay, as we love dogs! We highly recommend this property to anyone coming to Bonaire, It is centrally located and just steps from Bachelor Beach. We are planning on coming back here next year. Thank you again Rodney and Christa and Chloe too!!

We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend Rodney and Christa's condo to anyone visiting Bonaire. Rodney was always professional, welcoming, and easy to reach. Since he lives just across the street, he was readily available whenever we had a question. His recommendations for snorkeling sites and other places to explore around the island were excellent and definitely enhanced our trip.The condo was spotless, comfortable, and had plenty of space for us. We especially appreciated that the entire condo is fully air conditioned, not just the bedrooms, making it a comfortable place to relax after a day in the sun. The pool was pristine, and the outdoor area was a great place to unwind. The rinse bins and dedicated space to hang snorkeling gear and clothing to dry were thoughtful touches that we used every day.The location was another highlight. Bachelor's Beach was just a 3–5 minute walk away, making it incredibly convenient to enjoy some of Bonaire's best snorkeling.Everything about our stay exceeded our expectations, and we wouldn't hesitate to stay here again on our next trip to Bonaire. Thank you, Rodney and Christa, for your wonderful hospitality!

Amazing short 3 night stay

Rodney is the best host. So quick a responding to everything and he really has created the perfect vacation homes. The units have everything you could possibly need and then some.

Best experience ever!

Rodney and Krista were wonderful hosts! He provided us with so much information about dive sites, stores, and more. Our place was clean and perfect for divers. They had everything we could possibly need and stayed in contact to make sure we were happy. We will definitely stay with them again!

A week in paradise

Our stay with Rodney was great. We particularly loved the pool and lower deck are which included a gas grill which we used daily. He also included amenities such as a day cooler and beach chairs. Just a short stroll to Bachelors beach and a quick drive to 2 other beaches which are great for “snorkeling. We will definitely stay there again.

Great value

1300 ft.² two levels, full kitchen with everything you need, including spices and sauces, and two bedrooms on the second floor. A very great value for the price and a very clean condo in a great neighborhood. Five stars.

A stay as beautiful as the island

This is a great rental for couples, friends and families! There are multiple units on the property, perfect for when you want to be together but not too close. The various outdoor seating areas were inviting and the salt water pool was refreshing. The host was the perfect amount of friendly and helpful without hovering. The rental was immaculate and conveniently locted to everything we wanted to do.

Diving and beach paradise

This is a great place to stay. Walking distance to bachelors beach. This a diving friendly place with wash bins and drying racks for all your scuba gear. The outdoor patio with sundeck is a great place to spend the evening after a day diving. Rodney a great host. Be sure to ask him about the establishments, he will point you in the right direction.

Beautiful home, Rodney is an excellent host. They make you feel at home. All the extras around the house make that little difference between a good stay, or an excellent experience. I have been diving Bonaire for 20 years, and have never had such nice accommodations. You will not regret StayBonaire.

Kind of perfect for me. Quiet; great location; excellent amenities; gracious and kind hosts. Could not have been better. Rodney and Christa clearly care about their little slice of Paradise. I'll be back.

Will definitely be coming back!

Rodney and Christa are very friendly hosts and our stay was excellent! The kitchen is well stocked with appliances and cookware and we had excellent wifi and air conditioning. The back patio is a great spot to spend a few hours relaxing and as divers, having rinse tanks and various places to dry and store our gear was fantastic! The location of the unit was ideal for many sunsets at Bachelor's beach. We had a great time and will definitely be coming back if there's availability :)

What an amazing place. Rodney, Christa and Chloe were the best hosts. Their communication and desire for you to have the best stay was wonderful. Any questions or needs were immediately addressed. The house was clean, neat and very safe. Very well equipped so cooking and grilling there was easy.The daily breezes blew through the house and kept it cool during the day and there were air conditioners if needed, but we found we only needed the bedroom one at night.Rodney and Christa had all the local info on snorkeling, restaurants and other adventures and were more than willing to help anyway they could.We had a great time and can't recommend Rodney and Christa and there place enough. You won't be disappointed.

Wir waren in einer Gruppe im BachelorsBeach. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Unterkunft ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Klimaanlagen in den wichtigsten Räumen plus Ventilatoren. Wir hatten alles, was wir brauchen. Es gab ein Sparschäler und scharfe Messer, was nicht selbstverständlich ist. Eine Waschmaschine war vorhanden.5 Sterne plus, Platz im Garten für Wäsche und Schnorchel Sachen zum aufhängen. Es gab sogar ein Kühlschrank, an dem es günstige, kalte Getränke und Drinks im Garten gab. Der Pool war sehr gepflegt. Rodney ist sehr hilfsbereit und gibt sehr viele gute Tipps, dafür noch mal 6 Sterne extra. Ein Ort zum Wiederkommen.

Great Plade

Very easy check in & out with owners very flexible, helpful, & friendly. Property very clean, great AC in living room & bedrooms, small, but perfectly equipped kitchen for me.Full size stove and fridge. Electrical & charging outlets compatible with US - no need for adapters or converters. Nice pool available. Quiet location close to beach. Parking 50' from front door. Reasonable priced. Couldn't ask for better. My place to stay in Bonaire.

swim with the fish

Rodney and Christa are the best of the best hosts. They made sure my friend and I had what we needed to explore the reefs. It is true that you just stop your car at various spots to jump in the water to view the reef swimming with lots of fish. Coming back to the yellow townhome at the end of the day to relax in the pool was wonderful. Their attention to detail in all they offer was above and beyond expectations.

Bachelor's Beach

Ley me start by saying that Christa and Rodney are fantastic hosts. You couldn't meet nicer people. They will help you in any way possible to make your stay memorable and enjoyable. The property is beautiful, with gorgeous views and a superb location on the island. If you are there to dive, then from here, many of the best sites are only minutes away. The ability to return from diving and have multiple equipment soak tubs feet away from your vehicle is awesome. Oh, and I forgot to mention the pool, which is a big plus just to relax in after diving all day. You won't go wrong staying here!!!

The hosts, Christa and Rodney were great. Rodney has lots of information on what to do on the island. Communication was great and we were able to check in early and stay a bit later. If Rodney can accomodate, they will.The place was perfect for my husband, son and I with a very nice patio located in the back of the home with a hammock. Nice and quiet and serene. A lot of thought has been put into the apartment with everything one may need while visiting Bonaire, including the use of Kayaks, bikes, snorkels, fins, masks, and more. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook a nice meal. We loved the Alexa to listen to music. The beds were very comfortable. Loved the location, could walk over to bachelor beach, close to Salt Pier and to Kite City.We rented a small truck from Rodney which was waiting for us at the airport upon arrival. in which a small plastic bin was included for us to put our fins, masks and snorkels in which was perfect. We drove all over the island with no issues at all.Would absolutely stay here again, and if we do return, will also check out their new place right on the water. 2 BR and I think 2 Bath. It was under construction during our visit, but have no doubt it will be amazing once complete!
