“We stayed 5 days in the family room in the main building. The hotel provides free parking. That was great. The pools and the water park are nice. The water park opening hours are from 11 a.m. until 4 p.m. It could be open longer. The food was ok but there could be more choice. Staff was nice and in general helpful except the reception. “We loved our stay in the annex at Atlantica Princess Hotel - the staff were all friendly and welcoming, and the arrival snack bar for late arrivals was a lovely touch. The annex was very spacious, and was across the road from the main ground of the hotel which felt like a nice separation but also still close enough to access everything. Really enjoyed our stay!”

“A 5 stars hotel may have rooms of different levels but all must be at least 5 stars, this does not happen with this hotel. In the areas closer to the pools, the rooms are seemingly 5 stars but the rooms that are at the back of the hotel are most definitely not 5 stars. It is as if this area was second class, as it lacks maintenance in the corridors and in the rooms (see photos).
