So I wouldn’t recommend if you have babies (It’s noisy). But otherwise the staff are very friendly and welcoming. And also don’t pay for 25£+ for breakfast, it’s much cheaper when you arrive and ask at the reception. You also have to pay for the air conditioning 8£ per day. “I would not recommend this house unless you are able to sleep with a full bright light on. There is a 'safety light' which is inside in the living room. There are no doors between this and the bedroom and consequently the bedroom is so bright that both me and my daughter struggled to sleep. Other than that the property is ok. It's 10 mins walk from the airport, clean and had equipment for basic cooking.”

They came to repair it but it fell off again the next day. 2. There isn't really anywhere quiet to sit in an evening except your bedroom. The music is blaring inside and out, making it difficult to relax. It is so loud that the staff cannot her that people are blasting music by the pool after 11pm, making it difficult to sleep if you're on that side of...

“Was a lovely experience, great staff... the only issue would be the pool was not open longer hours and not being able to see the children play as children should - eg; splashing in the pool - This is not an adult only facility, children should be able to play. Everything else was great. ”

“I have to admit I was not happy with my room. It was dated, with a non-working shower and full of insects, especially after it went dark. However, I cannot but admit that the people managing the property (a family of four plus staff) went out of their way to make this a memorable stay. They were incredibly hospitable and their engaging personalities ended up making this a memorable experience; one that would make me consider returning in the future; albeit in a different room...

“Aweful. How to make people feel like they haven’t paid enough to warrant good service. We just did Half Board- and clearly this hotel prefers AI clientele. Couldn’t get nice coffee because we hadn’t paid for some package, so instant only. Couldn’t get sunbeds near the beach because we hadn’t paid for some service. ”

“Alle Fenster sind mit Fliegengitter versehen, so dass man das eher grosse Zimmer einfach durchlüften kann. Klimaanlage als Alternative vorhanden. Wäscheservice ist ein weiteres plus. Ja, nicht barrierefrei und kein Lift, aber alle Zimmer befinden sich im 1. Stock und die Treppe zu den Zimmern ist breit genug. Jeder Zeit wieder. Danke an das gesamte Team.”

“Brand new hotel with excellent staff. Julia General Manager and Julian, receptionist, both were really nice and helpful. Hotel is in a strategic location where you can access the beach, main road, bus stop to Lyndos and Rhodas. Breakfast included is good. We recommend the Private Pool Room although Sea View Room is perfect too :) ”
