“What a sweet spot! Beautiful scenery and place to stay. Very clean and lots of cozy details from super soft floor mats to extra hot tub towels. We stayed one nightand got cinnamon rolls which were good. Dale was very responsive and helpful. There were hummingbirds buzzing, wildflowers, quiet cool mountain air. I left feeling refreshed! Look in the brown book for check out details (we failed to do so and Dale was gratuitous when we told her as we left that we didn’t see check out information.)”

“The communication with the host was very good and efficient. We booked last minute for a quick getaway. He was quick to respond and helpful with questions. The pool & hot tubs were very nice! We were there during the last minute rush for summer so the town itself was very busy. However, the space was as advertised.”

“Had a great stay at Ian's place. You can't get more convenient to downtown. Everything is within walking distance. We only stayed one night, unfortunately, but didn't need to drive anywhere for restaurants, shops, or access to the lake, which was a good thing since we were there on a weekend in the middle of summer and parking was at a premium. The unit itself was clean and well appointed and we made use of the washer and dryer after the previous few days of hiking in RMNP. It met all our needs...

“The property layout was perfect. Nice deck was a bonus. Spacious and clean. Things were a bit dated and could use updating but everything worked. The message you a number to see what you needed to do was kind of awards but it worked. Great location and nice view!”
