From this main living area, you have direct access to a balcony where you can enjoy the surrounding views. The open kitchen is fully integrated into the living space and is equipped with an oven, a dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. A separate WC is also available on this level for added convenience.

On the lower ground floor, you will find 2 double bedrooms, each offering a restful and private sleeping environment.
