A second bedroom features 2 single beds, each 80 cm wide and 200 cm in length, also with terrace access. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped and likewise connects to the terrace. A bathroom with WC completes the ground floor.

On the upper floor, an entrance hall leads to 4 additional bedrooms. The first upper-floor bedroom is fitted with 1 double bed composed of 2 x 80 cm mattresses and measuring 190 cm in length, with access to the terrace.
