Friesenkate with garden & boat dock on the Greetsieler canals for 6 adults & baby

The GrachtenDOMiZiL is a typical Nordic Friesen style holiday home with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, spread over approximately 120sqm. The associated garden with dunes and integrated sandpit, terrace with garden furniture and sun loungers is fenced. The boat dock is accessible through the garden, connected by a staircase.
Here you can relax and unwind. The sun terrace and the jetty invite you to relax, sunbathe and enjoy. Fishing chairs and sand toys are available, as well as sand toys. For our younger guests there is also a toddler set with high chair, changing table and a play area with painting table available.
The canal DOMiZiL can accommodate 6 people and 1-2 babies / toddlers (a travel cot is available)
The eat-in kitchen offers plenty of space to sit together in large or small groups, and the seating area in front of the stove will spoil you even on colder days.
Bed linen and towels can be booked optionally.
In 8-10 minutes you are at the cozy harbor, or at the bakery - with the children on the adventure playground .. Minigolf .. in the spa and sauna, the oasis, u. V. M.!
In the town center, the harbor you will find a large selection of shops, cafes, restaurants, beer gardens, pubs, or is it just a delicious ice cream from the world's best ice cream parlor in the harbor!

The ground floor of the canal DOMiZiL is divided into a combined light-flooded living-cooking area and modern and clearly arranged.
The dining table seats 6 people and a toddler, with views of the garden and the beautiful canal.
A cozy sofa area with single chairs, fireplace, LCD TV and stereo invite you to relax. Wi-Fi is available and included ..
A bedroom with a double bed, flat screen TV and a bathroom with shower, and a utility room with washing machine are also located on the ground floor.
The floor is divided into 2 bedrooms with game Empire and a bathroom with shower and natural light (skylight). All bedrooms are completely darkened and equipped with mosquito screens on the water side.
Upstairs is also a stereo system in children and a third Flat screen TV with DVD player in the second bedroom.
A large car parking space is reserved directly on the property for our guests. The property is fenced and delimited to the canal with reeds!
