This tastefully furnished, non-smoking apartment for 2 or up to 3 people is located near the Zwillingsmühlen. It’s just a few relaxing minutes’ walk to the town center, with its lovely boutiques and restaurants, and to the picturesque harbor.

The apartment features a spacious living/dining area with an East Frisian sofa and a dining set in the light-filled bay window. The cozy sitting area is perfect for relaxing. There is also a large flat-screen TV and a stereo system. A second flat-screen TV, a Blu-ray player, and a radio with CD player are located in the converted attic.

The fully equipped, separate kitchen includes, among other things, a ceramic cooktop, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, coffee maker, and Senseo pad machine, toaster, microwave, electric kettle, egg cooker, and blender, as well as plenty of dishes. There are two additional seats here for a light breakfast. An ironing board, iron, and a small clothes rack are also provided.

The apartment is particularly well-suited for a couple’s vacation and, due to the open-concept loft, is only suitable for up to 3 people under certain conditions. One bedroom is furnished with a double bed, a dresser, and a closet. The second bedroom in the open-concept loft features two single beds, a cozy sitting area, a desk, a bookshelf with books and board games, and informational materials about the region. A clothes rack is also provided.

All four beds feature adjustable slatted frames and are at a comfortable height.

The apartment has tile flooring; the attic has laminate flooring. During the colder months, the underfloor heating in the living/dining area, kitchen, and bathroom creates a cozy indoor climate.

The bathroom is equipped with a large, low-entry shower, a toilet, a washing machine, a hair dryer, and a curling iron. The apartment has a separate guest restroom.

The windows are fitted with electric roller shutters and insect screens. The panoramic skylights in the kitchen and attic are equipped with sunshades.

The balcony is furnished and includes a parasol.

Smoke detectors are also provided.

The apartment comes with a storage shed, e.g., for your bicycles.

This is a non-smoking apartment. Pets are not allowed.

This accommodations are available for rent during the Easter and fall breaks for stays of five nights or more, with no fixed check-in day.

Centrally located yet quiet, the historic harbor with its crab fishing boats, the famous twin windmills, and charming cafés, restaurants, and small shops are all within easy walking distance. The surrounding dyke landscape invites you to take walks, go on bike rides, and explore the vastness of East Frisia. With its proximity to the Wadden Sea and the East Frisian islands, the vacation rental is a perfect starting point for maritime adventures and relaxing vacations.
