Brand-new (completion October 2022) and stunning top-floor apartment right on the waterfront!

You’ll feel right at home here: You enter this wonderful apartment through the hallway and step directly into the fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, glass-ceramic cooktop, oven, refrigerator with freezer, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, etc.). Adjacent to the kitchen, you’ll find the dining table with four comfortable armchairs and the living area with an L-shaped sofa, a large smart TV, and an armchair. There’s also a wood-burning stove that’s visible from both the kitchen and the sofa. From the living area, you can also step out onto the furnished balcony with a beautiful view of the Greetsiel Sieltief.

Also on this floor, you’ll find a bedroom with a double bed and a closet, as well as a full bathroom with a walk-in shower.

The converted attic houses the second bedroom with two single beds, a built-in closet, an additional armchair, and an internet-enabled flat-screen TV. There is also a separate room here with a sink, a clothes rack, and a washing machine.

The entire upper floor is equipped with underfloor heating; all windows in the apartment have electric exterior shutters and fly screens.

This apartment is furnished to be allergy-friendly.

Pets are not allowed.

A parking space is included with the apartment, and a lockable garden shed is also available for your use. There is a shared dock that you can use, for example, to launch your own boat.

Starting immediately, we can offer you charging stations for electric cars at the Greetsieler Grachtenpark (for a fee based on usage); however, we cannot guarantee continuous and unrestricted availability.

The Grachtensteern, Grachtentied, and Unnerdack accommodations are located in the same building; other accommodations in Grachtenpark II include Lieblingsort, LüttenUttied, Malte, Nordseebrise, Perle Robbe, Schnack-Stuuv, Seepferdchen, and WATT a feeling.

Due to construction work in the immediate vicinity, we unfortunately cannot rule out occasional noise and/or dust disturbances.

This accommodations are available for rent during the Easter and fall breaks for stays of five nights or more, with no fixed check-out day.

The vacation apartment is located in the picturesque Greetsiel Canal Park, nestled in the idyllic waterfront landscape of the popular fishing village of Greetsiel. The exclusive location right on the canals offers a unique view of the water and a peaceful, maritime atmosphere. From here, it’s just a few minutes’ walk to the historic town center with its famous twin windmills, small boutiques, cafés, and restaurants at the harbor. The surrounding area is perfect for walks and bike rides along the dikes, and the North Sea coast is just a short drive away. An ideal location for a relaxing vacation by the water.
