“Awful hotel. There was a reception desk but we did not see any staff the whole time we stayed. The front door was left open the whole time with no staff there and our room was right at the front. Anybody could walk in and out and we felt very unsafe. The room was fine/ ok. Only a really thin sheet to sleep in and when you have AC on this is not enough so we were cold all night. Found some foul smelling and dusty blankets in the cupboard for the following night which kept us warmer but felt...

“Very basic property - no lamps, no main light shade, hard mattress, and the shower took a good few minutes to warm up before flooding the bathroom. We had to ask for a kettle and hairdryer and one of the plug sockets came loose, which was clearly unsafe. When we moved the bed away to check for things we might have dropped at the end of the stay we found little snail things nesting. Gross. “Our stay with Joni apartments was absolutely beautiful ! . The comfort was amazing and the hospitality the owners shared with us was incredible and touching with such thoughtful acts during our stay . We really will be coming back here when visiting Ksamil again . I absolutely recommend a stay here for families especially as it’s very warm and welcoming but peaceful yet close by to everything you need in Ksamil.
