Hotel rudera.

Witam.Hotel nie nadaje się do noclegu.Brud smród nie polecamy nie wiem kto go zamieścił na booking i agoda.Byliśmy w 5 osób hostel jest wykorzystywana przez pracowników którzy pracują przy remontach.

Bad Management

When i arrived on the day i had booking to check in, the staff told me already fully booked. I said i already booked earlier, they said already send email respond all the booking were cancelled. I felt upsad and need go around the area looking for room, especially that day is Saturday.

Good but dont expect too much.

Staffs are very nice, trying their best to communicate with us even though they hardly speak english. Property/Room obviously have no maintenance. Water tank of toilet continously flowing. Faucet dismantled itself. No smoking hotel but the whole venue smells like cigarette. Complimentary breakfast of sliced of loaf bread with boiled egg and coffee or tea on satisfactory level. Perfect location, just a walking distance from Petronas and Menara Towers. Over all, 6/10

short 1 night stay

Near to all the massage and food places / bars. Room is old and dirty, towel and soap provided though. Suitable for short stay only.

Located in the city center

The location is quite nice since it is in the city center. But the room doesn't quite smell good, the fridge wasn't functioning well, and the water can't reach my room. Like I have to switch it on and off so I can have the water back again. My mattress was torn and the pillows were smelly like I wasn't really comfortable with lying on them. Although I paid a cheaper rate but I just think I deserve a deserve at least a decent room. I did not have a shower towel and wifi cannot reach my room. The next time I would travel, I would not mind paying much just so I can have a comfortable room to sleep in.

solo in Babylon guest House

1) Good Electronics Security Entry to main room, small fridge. Wifi is good 2) Good CCTV monitored, Air conditioner working fine, adequate power sockets, hot water and sitting bowl OK. 3) Bad : no room sound proofing, water pipe sound, 4) Bad:linen are old, head height safe deposit box malfunction. 5) Bad toilet folding door full of fungi

Cheap but nothing special

Shower didn't work initially. No towels in room. Manager sorted after complaining. Bathroom tap leaked (loudly) all night. Accomodation needs maintainance and more attention to details.

Rundown place

I will never stay in that place ever! Room was run down. Water heater for showers did not work. Water pressure was low. The toilet was door-less! Towel looked like a piece of rag. The air-conditioner could not be adjusted. The room was like a freezer at night! And no room service. I had to clean the room myself! The only consolation was that the guest house is in the Bukit Bintang area; near restaurants, clubs, shopping malls etc.

No towels,

It's in a very good location, nice and close to almost everything but no towels were provided. Smells like sweat is coming out of the walls maybe mold. No exaggeration

Dirty and not a place for family to stay there . Toilet door was broken , shows heater was out of order.

汚すぎてホテルに移動した。男の人しか泊まっておらず怖かった。ベッドも寝れるもんではなくシャワーは汚すぎて浴びるのも嫌だった。ホステルでもこれほどまで低いレベルははじめてで驚きが多かった。

Cheated!!!

I made online booking and FULL payment on 25th October 2016 for my stay on 29th October 2016. Unfortunately when I arrived at the guest house around 10 PM, I was told that my booking was cancelled and the management already assigned the room for somebody else. The management never call or email me regarding the cancellation. Just image how difficult for me to get accommodation on 10 PM and with all other guest house or hotel fully occupied!!! I only manage to get hotel 30 km away from KL city!!I want FULL REFUND!! DON'T STAY AT THIS GUEST HOUSE!!!!

Budget Friendly Hotel

Good for a budget stay if you don't care too much about the cleanliness, facilities as well, but it is comfortable. Just the hot shower not functioning. Breakfast is provided so you save your money on that.

Budget Accommodation for Savers

Although we didn't enjoy the accommodation, I would recommend the ones who are finding the cheap and budget accommodations with limited facilities. As a guest house, it will be a suitable place to stay for a short duration. Hotel staff were fine, and they immediately responded to our complaints and requests, such as, no waters inside the bathroom and arrangement of car rental to airport. Breakfast was provided as basis. Rooms were not clean much because of limited house keeping. You cannot buy any water bottles or drinks in the empty fridge. My friend found a bedbug which caused him quite uncomfortable. Air Conditioning is satisfactory. The location is quite good enough to get access to many restaurants and local foods, and the nearest monorail station is just within 10-15 minutes walk. Overall condition can suit for a person who just seeks for cheap guesthouse in the good location of Kuala Lumpur, but it is not for the ones who want to expect hotel services.
