The room on level 2 could not get WIFI and the most of channels of TV were not active.I askes to change the room and got a room on level 1 then WIFI is working enough but TV channels are not active either.The room smells waterly.

WORST STAY EVER. there's only 2 hair dryers for 30+ rooms and the corridors were dark and narrow. The bedsheets were dirty and it was located near noisy pubs. the walls were too thin. for the price, i expected at least hygienic environment.

a very old and need re-furnish hotel

The front desk made a mistake on my reservation and took a while to only get it right. The room is on the ground floor. When i walked in, it was using a very old wallpaper which you can peel it off if you want. The bed in placed on a platform on the floor. it look very dodgy. The TV wasn't working at the right frequency. NO HAIRDRYER WAS PROVIDED. The bathroom is alright, but there is not indication of having hot water even u turn the tap to far right or far left. You can listen to other ppl turning on the shower. (this is how thin the wall is). Oh, and you need to pay rm50 deposit first.

I having a BRT Run on 26/03/2017, so I choose this hotel coz its near to the event place. The room (101) is convenient & its comforts. But I bit disappointing with the WIFI svc. I cant get the connections at all. Its also hard to find parking & the hotel did not have their own parking lots. The receptionist is friendly & helpful. Overall, i am happy with my stay. Thank you.

Small Room with Poor Soundproof

Hotel with this price i don't expect much but sound proof of the hotel is terrible, I'm able to hear every vehicle passing by and every single door open&close.

poor wifi, very small room

The location i great and the staff were friendly, however the room was too small and there were no windows. It feels suffocating. The wifi connection was very poor, we cant connect to the internet at all.

nice budget hotel

The location is near sunway pyramid mall and sunway medical center, about 10 minutes walking distance each. The hotel is old but clean. Unfortunately the room quite smelly, maybe because the person before me was smoking. If not smelly, I could give a 4 star for price and location. The bathroom is clean too with bright tile.
