Horrible Experience.
•NOT A HOTEL! BOOK AT YOUR OWN RISK
•Unclear instructions that upon arrival you would need to call the "agent" for your room.
•Number stated was unreachable, forcing us to call Expedia.sg (calling back to SG = expensive) to get another contact number.
•The service was unacceptable, when we got through to the number that was given to us by Expedia.sg the person was rude and had absolutely no manners asking us "so what you want me to do! " when We only asked where we should go to check in.
•Pictures on Expedia are totally different from what the room actually looks like. (Yellow sheets, old dirty furniture (that looks like they would have bugs in them), dingy and dark. What was worse was that it was filled with the stale stench of cigarettes)
•Was promised to check in at 2pm but was delayed and was only greeted with a unmade room at 3pm.
•We cancelled our reservation upon looking at the state of the room. The room is not worth saving that extra $100-200 for comfort and service.

부킷빈땅에 위치하여 시내가 가깝고 잘란알로가 바로옆에 있어 좋았습니다
쇼핑몰도 같이 있어 좋았고 방도 넓고 깨끗하고 전망도 좋았습니다
아이들과 놀기에 수영장등 편의시설 또한 좋았습니다

서비스가 정말정말 별로였습니다. 타임스퀘어에 있어서 위치도 좋고 뷰도 좋았지만 가구나 방상태는 노후한 편입니다.
같은 건물에 서비스드 레지던스와 호텔이 같이 있는거라고 하던데, 시큐리티 아저씨도 저희한테 왜 이 레지던스로 예약을 했냐고,
모든 사람이 나갈 때마다 컴플레인한다고 하던데 저도 하게 되네요.
처음에 갔을 때 연락받아서 온 관리인이 룸키를 하나만 주고 디파짓 현금으로 내고, 이것저것 설명해주고 그런 건 다 멀쩡했는데
와이파이 이름이랑 비번을 안가르쳐줘서 전화를 했는데 그것도 잘못된 걸 가르쳐줬었고, 다시 연락했을 때는 10번을 걸어도 전화를 안받고 문자도 답장이 없어서
근 이틀동안 와이파이 없이 살았습니다. 거기다 수영장을 이용할 수 있다고 해서 갔는데 서비스레지던스 이용객을 안된다고 하더라구요.
시트도 타월도 안갈아주고 침대는 스프링이 오래되서 그런지 삐그덕거리는 걸 넘어서 스프링 뾰족한 부분이 나와 있었어요.
여튼 정말 별로였습니다.

I booked a single bedroom with 1 king size bed and 1 single bed but the hotel give me a room with 2 single beds. Then they offered me with breakfast ( for 2 persons only) and a very thin matress. It is really un-comfortable for 3 adults. Really unsatisfactory.

will not stay here for the 2nd time
First experince staying a apartment instead of a hotel. very much recommended that u stay at berjaya time square hotel instead of service apartment at berjaya time square. please be prepared that there is no room service as there is no phone in the room and you have to pay for your parking fee( we paid RM36 for 1.5day) . there is a hand soap if u dun bring ur toiletries for shower (luckily i brought mine). good luck to all hv choose Excellent Suites at Times Square...its so not Excellent after all

Berjaya times apartments
I booked an apartment through venere for a week in march for me and my family. A change in flight plans required me to book an additional day. I called the number provided in the venere invoice and made arrangements to extend the stay by 1 day and agreed to pay extra for it. When I got to the apartment complex, the rooms were not ready. The booking agent stated that the number on the venere invoice doesn't belong to them. I had two small children with me and no place to stay. Shockingly incompetent. Eventually we were sent to our apartment, which has was old, smelly and generally dirty. The only redeeming feature was the attached mall and the location. Never again.

Great Location, Great View but run down and dirty!
The manager Karim went above and beyond to help us enjoy our stay - but the older room let us down a few times. The location was awesome and the hotel pool was really world class. We have a really large 2 bedroom suite with awesome views - at first we were really impressed.
But in the light of day the room was very dated and dirty. It appeared to have poo on the toilet walls and cigarette ash in the corner of the bathroom. The internet didnt work! Karim tried many times to get it working or log us into other suites but we never got there. Which was a massive inconvenience. The kids were excited by the giant plasma tv - but it too didnt work and was replaced by an older box style which didnt work for the first day.
The manager Karim really was a great guy who really looked after us!

Dishonest scam "hotel".
This is the worst ever stay I've had booking through hotels.com. This is not managed by the Berjaya Times Square even though some facilities are co-shared. The apartment is owned 3rd party by Dnata travel group that have an office in Times Square. I paid for 3 single beds and 1 queen bed as advertised by hotels.com. However, there were only 2 single beds and 1 queen bed. This is unacceptable as one of us had to sleep on the couch. We were only allowed to check in past 2.30pm as they had not prepared the room on time. Additionally, they did not accept card payment at all. We had to pay the full amount upfront including the deposit. We were not given any options whatsoever. This place is atrocious and no one should patronise this scam of a service.

버자야호텔과 다른 시설임
버자야 호텔인줄 알고 예약을 잘못한 것을 시작으로 많은 후회가 있었음. 리셉션이 별도로 없고, 쇼핑몰 6층의 여행사 같은 곳에 어렵게 찾아가서 담당자를 한참이나 기다려서 방을 배정받았음. 왠지 불법적인 숙소같은 인상을 받아서 다시 이용할 일은 없을 것 같음.
특히 버자야 suite service 건물 1층으로 갔을 때, 아무런 구체적인 안내 또는 정보가 없어 처음 가는 사람이 당혹스러울 수 있을 것임.

This was horrible...We never had so many problems with a booking. There is no official entry...After calling the hotel to ask where to find, they told us they send someone to pick us up...After 20 min. we call again...they told us go to the other side of the building...This go on for two hours...After we meet the guy he told us he have no room for us...We show him our booking (payed in advanced) and he told us "it is not my problem"...After that we calling hotels.com...they told us after 40min talktime to Germany that the hotel have a room for us...After one more hour we meet the same guy and he told us he have no room...So we find out the booking was made with an agency between...We found this agency on the sixth floor...After 5 hours we got a room in a different hotel...so be carefull this guys are wasting your time...in real we do not believe that hotel exists...looks for me like rippers...
