Very disappointing stay. The cleanliness of the room was unacceptable. The blanket was yellowish and looked old and unclean. The bed was in poor condition, sinking badly in the center whenever someone lay on it, making it very uncomfortable to sleep.
There were ants crawling around the room, which was unpleasant and concerning. The toilet bowl was also poorly maintained, with visible fungus stains inside. These issues gave the impression that housekeeping and maintenance standards are not being properly managed.
What was even more disappointing was that the hotel only offered free parking after I raised these complaints. While the gesture was appreciated, it did not solve the underlying cleanliness and room quality issues. I would not recommend this hotel unless significant improvements are made.
