“It was amazing. The staff at the hotel, Ann and Caroline, were fantastic. They were very helpful, courteous in helping us after a long day on the train and getting us a free upgrade into a fantastic room. The room was very clean, warm and had an amazing view. “The hotel is new and the rooms are spacious. Excellent location as it’s linked to a big mall with many dining options. But what really stand out is the staff.
