Sun Sprinkles offers more than 2,100 square feet of comfortable living space across three levels, making it ideal for families or groups looking for room to relax while staying close to the beach. The home blends coastal charm with modern conveniences, providing multiple gathering spaces both indoors and outdoors.



The first floor welcomes guests with garage access and a private bedroom featuring a queen bed and an en-suite bathroom. This level also includes a fun foosball table for friendly competition and easy entertainment after a day at the beach.



On the second floor, you'll find the main living space designed for gathering and relaxation. The open-concept kitchen is fully equipped with GE appliances, granite countertops, hardwood floors, and everything needed for home-cooked meals, including both a Keurig and drip coffee maker, microwave, toaster, and all essential cookware. The kitchen flows seamlessly into the dining and living area where large windows and access to the covered deck provide beautiful ocean views. There is also a half bath on this level for convenience. One of the primary bedrooms is located on this floor and features a queen bed, a spa-style bathroom with a walk-in shower plus a bathtub and a private balcony overlooking the backyard pool.



The third floor features another primary bedroom with a king bed, a full bathroom with shower/ tub combo, and access to a private sun deck where guests can soak up the sunshine and ocean breezes. Before You Arrive

We want your arrival to be as easy and seamless as possible. After booking, you’ll receive a short Rental Agreement from our local management team to review and sign electronically before your stay. This quick step helps us make sure everything is in place for your arrival while protecting you, the home, and the homeowners who make your stay possible.



*Please note: The pool is NOT heated. The pool and/or spa is private and unattended, so swim at your own risk. All children must be supervised in the water at all times by an adult. No food, drinks, alcohol, glass, etc. are allowed in or around the pool. Pools are serviced regularly, however please keep in mind that due to the tropical nature of the island, it is not unusual to find unexpected debris and sand in the pool.
