“Arrived late night by flight, there was complimentary airport pickup. Stay was good. Room was clean but bit outdated room. Basic facilities There was complimentary buffet breakfast with variety of food. Overall good experience ”

“Stayed at The Fern Kochi for one night before starting a 6-day trip through Kerala and it was a solid choice. The property has a cool vibe and feels a bit different from your typical hotel, which I liked. Some parts are a little dated, but everything was clean and worked well, so it didn’t take away from the stay. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout, which made things easy, especially for a quick stopover. Food was ok, nothing over the top but definitely reliable enough for breakfast....

“The front desk staff when I checked in took 700 rupees from me as he said I didn't mention 4 people but only 3. But I booked 2 rooms and both rooms where the same amount, the room with 2 person was the same as the room with 1 person. I would have been okay if he gave me a receipt for the extra 700 he took from me, but now what I am thinking is that he took that money for himself. And that's why he didn't give me a receipt for the extra money he paid. The staff in the morning was so respectful...

“One would expect a chain hotel to meet certain standards. This was not the case at the Radisson Blu Kochin: - the service at 2 of the restaurants was very slow and inefficient: it took them 20 mins to let us know that the wine we had ordered was not available and 20 more to actually bring the drinks, that came when we were almost done with the food. We also waited 25 mins for a burger to find out that the fries were cold. - we had to ask 2 times to get toiletries in our bathroom”

“They issued an access key to a room already occupied by another guest. Luckily for both of us that we didn't end up in an embarrassing situation. Then they issued another room with electrical fault and no lights working.”

“Felt like royalty here. The staff were delightful and friendly. The room was incredible and a very comfortable bed. The pool was lovely and towels provided. We were also served a refreshing lime drink at the side of the pool. For a treat this is a brilliant place to stay”
