“A pesar de ubicación, el hotel no es malo, pero sí muy deficiente la atención del manager y del personal de la recepción El día de llegada se extravió mi maleta en el aeropuerto, dejamos el teléfono del hotel para que nos avisaran cuando llegara el equipaje, consultamos en reiteradas oportunidades a la recepción si habían recibido un llamado para mi, siempre dijeron que no , al retirarme de la ciudad pasé a consultar al aeropuerto y ahí me dijeron que habían llamado en 3 oportunidades al hotel...

At the front desk Jerry is always looking there to support you from day one while from the Restaurant Mamá Grace will take care of you during the breakfast. Jerry, Front Desk Officer, and Grace, Supervisor in the Restaurant, went beyond my expectations. In general, it is a good place to stay at.”

“Had a wonderful stay at the four points Dar es Salaam, location was great for getting around the city, getting the ferry etc, the harbour room views were stunning, could not fault the staff from porters to check in, restaurant staff etc, nothing was too much to ask. I will stay here again if I come back and can recommend it for a city hotel ”

“Our room was huge, almost like a studio apartment, fridge and air-con included. Breakfast was very generous and varied. The area is very alive, close to the ferry docks and with plenty of local restaurants nearby, safe and quiet (well, there is a mosque in the neighborhood and you can hear the morning call, but not too loud).”

“Nosotros lo pasamos estupendo en el hotel Serena en Dar es Salaam, es magnífico! Los empleados son muy sonrientes y amistosos. El desayuno es fantástico y comimos cena en el restaurante, exquisitos curries.”

“El hotel se encuentra rodeado de diferentes tiendas y restaurantes, lo que resulta muy conveniente, sin embargo es bastante ruidoso, ya que tienen música todos los días hasta las 22h o 23h. También tiene acceso al ferry a Bongoyo Island. No hay piscina infantil. Sin embargo, disfrutamos mucho la estancia. La habitación era cómoda y con vistas al mar. ”
