“Air condition in the rooms. All rooms facing an interior garden. Staff is like 24h a day in the entrance and ready to help. Arriving by car may be a bit tricky. The location of the hotel is interesting to experience the real local life. There are plenty of places to eat around local food. It's 5 minutes drive away from the airport and a cap may cost less than RP 50k. The staff is extremely friendly and always trying to help you in any way!”

“Very unsatisfied with my stay in the twin room. Cleanliness was terrible, with stains on all the towels and bed sheets. Pillows all smells mouldy. Bathroom without exhausting fan and with strong sewage smells. On the first night there were two huge spiders in our room, we can’t find anyone to help at around 10.30pm because reception finished work at 10pm. “We had a lovely stay at pinkprivate balangan. The rooms were immaculate and fully equipped. The pool was lovely especially with the big day beds at either end. The breakfast had limited options but the food was very tasty and fresh. They also had contacts for everything, we got massages, hired a scooter and got laundry done all for reasonable prices. “Pretty disappointing. The electricity didn’t work well and when it worked, the AC was not working either. The room was quite dark and the bathroom was not the cleanest. It wasn’t the most expensive hotel but also not cheap for what you get. It looks 100 times better in the pictures. I don’t recommend it at all.”
