I had such a lovely time here! The property is so beautiful and the hosts are very kind. They are so happy to help with any of your needs. I stayed in two different rooms here during my time in Bali and both were very unique and will not be forgotten. I highly recommend staying here and hope to visit again soon!

Very decent and cozy place to stay. Staff is super friendly, rooms are maintained very well and the little villas in the middle of the palms are just beautiful. This place is definitely a must if you don't like mass tourism hotels. The entire concept is just entirely different

Staff were nice. Very hot including the pool. Smell of smoke from surrounding construction daily. Grabs are hard to come by during certain times but not a big deal. However, it is ~15-20 from proper shops/eateries etc

Chambre « Canopee » magnifique mais service nul

Chambre « La canopée » exceptionnelle : au milieu des arbres et des singes, avec vue mer. Mais service et parties communes pas du tout au niveau : restaurant cheap, staff prétentieux et pas très arrangeant, pas de petit déjeuner, paiement en liquide uniquement. Rien à faire autour, à 30 min de Ulu

This is not an ocean view room/property as advertised by Expedia. You will be swarmed by mosquitoes within the first 15 minutes of arrival. All sorts of insects, spiders, geckos, and mosquitoes will surround your room to welcome you when you arrive.

Mai mai più, non andate!!!

Posto sporco, ci hanno fatto pagare 20 euro per un asciugamano che abbiamo macchiato, assurdo ...dopo 1400 euro per una stanza mi chiedi 20 euro per una asciugamano, neanche fosse di Gucci!!!e poi colazione cara,pessima e ti devi anche servire e sparecchiare da solo...oltretutto mi sono riempita di bolle per gli acari del materasso. Ripeto abbiamo pagato quasi 1500 euro per 2 settimane e abbiamo fatto la doccia fredda per 15 giorni e oltretutto c era anche un cantiere aperto quindi alle 7 e mezza sveglia forzata con martello pneumatico!

It was the most beautiful, relaxing stay we had in our whole trip! Me and my husband stayed in The Pool House and would definitely recommend it! Very spacious room, comfortable bed with infinity pool view and ocean beyond, sun beds on decking and open sky shower. It felt like our own oasis. The whole grounds and design of this property is amazing, well kept and just magical. Reception Staff very kind and helpful, give us plenty recommendations on places to visit and eat. We rent a scoot and drove the coast from one end to the other, it was great! Food in affiliate restaurant was delicious and portions were massive. Cleaning staff very attentive, towels smelled lovely and our pool was cleaned twice a day. As expected in the jungle we had monkey visitors, drinking water from the pool which was amazing to see. Geckos and other animals making noise at night was a truly unbelievable and authentic experience. Thank you and hope we see you again!

Its away from noise and hustle which is what we wanted. But we found that this accommodation (and in Bali in general) they charged western prices for a stay but didn’t deliver value or good standards in stay/services. We arranged to check in at 1am in advance as we had a late flight, and we’re told security would be waiting for us. There was no one there when we arrived (it’s an isolated and dark area). We explored the property with our torches and lucky found an unlocked room at the hotel to sleep in. It was a stressful arrival. When we checked in and got keys, we noticed that the back sliding door is not on bottom rails. A small person can lift it and enter the room, which was unsettling since security was not there when we arrived. The room itself (twinie) is nicely decorated but too basic. They don’t even have a lamp, a mirror or a safe. The robes were a nice touch though. The bed was comfortable. The room’s plunge pool was outdoor in a garden, so there are too many bugs in it to make it usable. The common pool Is ok, but nothing special The food is terrible. We got a complimentary breakfast given our check in situation, but would not buy any food there. The smooth-bow was made with some thick stuff, not really yogurt. This makes it hard because there’s no where to eat within walking distance. The staff tried hard to be helpful, but forgot about us a couple of times when we asked for help. They did sort us with a scooter though, which was helpful.

Horrible experience

lack of professionality in hospitality, the room was too small that we couldn't open our luggage in it, the towels dirty and left in an open area for bugs and animals, ac wasn't cold, small bed for two and not comfortable we booked for 2 nights but we couldn't sleep so we decide to leave after the first night, they didn't offer any composition even after we give them our comments instead they just said if you told us earlier we could provide with the new towels as they were hide it from the customers?!! not to mention that they said to us at the check in that could be monkeys come to our balcony which means there was no consideration of the customers safety when the built this hotel and open it for customers not to mention that the bathroom is open which mean you could find a monkey witching you using the toilet.
