Beautiful home!

Perfect location for our visit to Kutztown University! Home was stunning! We enjoyed a lovely room overlooking the Kutztown area. Hosts were so friendly and kind. The amenities they offer within the home were outstanding! Even wine in the room! Beautiful grounds with ample seating to relax and enjoy the view. Worth every penny!!

Cool place with a great view close to town

Lots of unique amenities provided. Great location with a view of Kutztown in the valley below, and just a five minute drive to restaurants and Kutztown University. Hosts were very communicative.

Amazing and unique find

Found this for a one night getaway and wasn’t sure what to expect. Wow were we pleasantly surprised! Bill and Mona have a beautiful home with tons of special perks. The view and outdoor area are great too. Will definitely be back for a longer stay.

Fantastic Hosts

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Kennedy Manor. Bill and Mona were very gracious and accommodating. The place was fascinating with all the extras that are there for guests to enjoy. I especially liked the theater room and the casino room. Lots of fun available.

Serendipitously Fantastric

The owners were hit with guests who were both named Kathy for the same day at the same time and didn't miss a beat made everyone feel at home in less than five minutes. He did all this with little sleep while dealing with a difficult guest who limited access of 1/2 of the house that contained the bar and casino area where most of the entertainment in the evening occurs. The home is their pride and joy and they have everything to be proud of. The artwork is stunning. The location is picturesque and perfect for a wedding with it's long winding staircase and a grand piano to serenade the bride down. Executives would do well to use this for a team building getaway, The most discerning chefs will love the kitchen and there is room for everything. The most important feature of this place is the owners. They are the loveliest, people you would want to meet. Warm, caring, funny and can't do enough for you. Please don't think twice. Book this place . We will be coming back for our Anniversary in a couple of weeks and we will be sending my daughter and her boyfreind here for a gettaway real soon.

Great stay great experience

I found this property for my one night weekend outing stay by accident. I had to say I wish I had known this place earlier. Very unique and positive experience from every level. The warm welcoming from the hosts, the top notch room setting and amenities, the clean room, and the homy feeling....oh did i mention the amazing mountain view from your bedroom? I truly loved everything the host has offered. I will definitely visit again in the near future!!!!

Beautiful location, Beautiful people!

I had a wonderful stay. I loved the feeling of staying with people that were so welcoming. The place fits any size family or even a just an individual. I had a blast with Bill and Mona and truly made life long friends. If you aren’t staying here, you are missing a great chance to experience both the quaint town of Kutztown and an amazing couple. Breakfast was perfect and I followed it up with a daily 5mile walk/run to covered bridge that made the trip fun by itself. The rooms were fit to all personalities with a gym and media room to boot. I was a simple guest that didn’t need much but really appreciated the feeling of being a part of the family. Mona even bought me some fresh eggs from a local farm to bring home to my wife. Amazing week and a place I wouldn’t miss.
