When we arrived at the place, owner was standing in his courtyard in his underwear, and his wife was surprised to see visitors at her home. She told me that she canceled my booking, then she told Vrbo that she has no access to her booking....

I immediately reported this unresponsive owner to VRBO support, and they assured me they would find me an alternative accommodation the same day. Well, guess what? It's been over 14 days, and I still haven't seen a single penny...
