“外見は工事中のため余りでしたが　コロナ対策がしっかりされて　清潔　で備品も多く快適でした ただシャンプーリンス　ボディーソープの泡たちが悪かった 部屋の鍵を　カードキーにしてほしい 朝食が無かったのが　残念です‼️ レストランも閉まって居たので市内まで行って食事しないといけ無いのが　結局コロナの危険が増す為残念でした”

“3度目の利用です。モノレール旭橋駅から近く、ビーチタオルの貸し出し、リーガマルシェのデトックスウォーターサービスも良いです。お部屋のシャワーヘッドとドライヤーがリファで嬉しかったです。朝食も美味しく沖縄料理のメニューがあるので楽しめました。14階のグランドロビーの室温がもう少し涼しいとなおいいと思います。30度の外から帰ってくるので涼しいロビーだと嬉しいと思います。 また沖縄に行く際は利用したいです。”

“Well located and comfortable hotel for visit with family in Chatan. No luxury here but the furnishings and bath are comfortable, the staff is attentive and kind and they speak excellent English. Family oriented neighborhood with playgrounds, numerous small restaurants, and beach surf access. Coworking space with excellent internet. ”

“Cleaning of the room was very poorly done and very late. One day we came back from our daytrip and was not cleaned yet. Second day we arrived at night and the door of the bed room was left fully opened with a cradle!! Service personnel were very nice and offered a free breakfasr, it was nice and nothing finally happened, all was ok inside the room. Thank god it was Japan!”

“I’m impressed with the facility given the price point i got. The included meals were nice, and the staff incredibly friendly. There were certainly some updates that could be made, but it was a great value and location, and I would definitely consider staying again if I were to return to Okinawa.”

“The hotel is quite nice, well located for beach vacation. Service is very good and there are 4 restaurants and cafes to choose from. Room has a very good size and clean. I guess all rooms have stunning views from the sea. The only two bad things are: swimming pool is very small with few sunbeds. Breakfast is good but no tropical fresh fruit nor fresh juices. A big disappointment when you expect good and fresh fruit in a tropical island. Besides that everything was perfect. ”
