Independent accommodation 35m2 in a nineteenth century Touraine farmhouse 10 minutes from the castle of Amboise, the Clos Lucé, the castle of Chenonceau. Close to the route of the Loire or the Cher by bike. 30 minutes from the Beauval Zoo. On the first floor a living room with TV wardrobe, 2 armchairs and office area. Upstairs equipped kitchen with dining area. Bathroom with bathtub. Bedroom with bed 160x200.
Small terrace. Pond at the back, fishing possible. Sociable pets allowed. Parties and receptions not allowed.

The accommodation
Located in a very quiet hamlet and appreciated by walkers, you access your gîte refurbished with exposed beams from the garden. You have a small terrace with a view of the garden.

On the first floor you will find a living room with 2 armchairs, a coffee table, a wardrobe, a TV and a desk with a chair.

Upstairs an open and fitted kitchen with induction hob, refrigerator and electric filter coffee maker and a microwave. Oil, salt, pepper as well as dish towels and dishwashing products are at your disposal.

The bathroom is equipped with a vanity unit with a large illuminated mirror, a toilet, a heated towel rail and a bathtub. Towels, toilet paper and soap are at your disposal.

Finally, you will find a dining area with a table and 2 chairs, a small dresser to store your belongings and a 160x200 bed with illuminated bedside tables. 4 pillows, a winter duvet and a temperate duvet are at your disposal. cotton sheets are provided.PGJyPg
Glass front door has a shutter and the windows in the kitchen and bedroom have blackout blinds ensuring perfect darkness.

WARNING: our accommodations are not suitable for a young child. We do not have any specific equipment (cot, high chair, ...) and the staircase is not secured by a barrier.

This is a duplex apartment with an independent entrance.

Other remarks
When we are present, our 2 dogs can walk in our garden. They are sociable with humans. A presentation with their fellow dogs is necessary.
