Large terrace facing south/west with private heated swimming pool, motorized sun awning, bioclimatic pergola, all overlooking a terraced Mediterranean garden and the village (all shops, restaurants.....). Fully equipped American kitchen open to living room of about 50m2, two bedrooms; perfect for 4, <br>(2 additional children's beds),<br>a bathroom, a shower room, each with WC, air conditioning. Wir hatten eine großartige Zeit in dem Apartment von Eric u Dominique. Check in problemlos, sehr freundlich und flexibel. Die Einrichtung ist sehr modern und sehr gut ausgestattet. Die beiden sind sehr hilfsbereit. Der Pool und die Aussicht sind großartig. Jederzeit gerne wieder…

Ons verblijf in dit vakantiehuis was super!De villa is zeer goed gelegen en prachtig onderhouden. Gelegen op wandelafstand van gezellig dorpje.Eric en Dominique (eigenaars) zijn zeer vriendelijke mensen, altijd bereikbaar indien nodig.Wij keren zeker nog eens terug!Marco, Tina en de kids

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in dem wunderschönem Ferienhaus sehr genossen. Die Außenanlagen sind top, es gibt viele gemütliche Sitzgelegenheiten auf der Terrasse. Der Blick auf das Meer und die kleine Stadt ist genial. Besonders gefiel uns der tolle Pool, vor allem abends mit der Innenbeleuchtung und die Tischtennisplatte, die wir häufig genutzt haben. Wir kommen gerne wieder! Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, vielen Dank dafür!

Een mooie onderhoudende villa met prachtig uitzicht op Cavalier waar je tot rust komt..

Bij aankomst kregen we een warm welkom. De gastheer en gastvrouw zijn vriendelijke, behulpzame mensen die hun gasten optimaal willen laten genieten van hun verblijf en dat is bij ons absoluut gelukt. De gehele accommodatie is van alles voorzien en heerlijk dat het privé gelegen ligt. Supermarkt op loopafstand, de zee heb je met de auto in een paar minuten bereikt, omliggende dorpjes zijn sfeervol en anders kun je heerlijk vertoeven op het eigen terras met zwembad ter afkoeling.

Immer eine Reise wert

Sehr liebe und zuvorkommende Vermieter, alles sehr sauber, top gepflegt Objekt liegt super um alle Besorgungen zu Fuß zu erledigen. Die vielen wunderschönen Strände sind nicht weit entfernt. Geniale Aussicht. Einzigstes Manko ist die nahe gelegene gut befahrene Straße. Wir, 5 Personen, waren eine Woche.

Great location

Eric and Dominique have a fantastic villa located in La Croix Valmer. Things of daily need are reachable by foot. The villa it self has everything you need. We had a fantastic week there and would return. Thanks a lot! Sven & Family

Un lieu de villégiature inoubliable !

Une très belle expérience dans un environnement privilégié ! Une villa où l’on aimerait séjourner et poser ses valises longtemps… cosy à l’intérieur et à l’extérieur avec des petits espaces aménagés qui invitent à la détente, au repos…et une piscine pour se rafraîchir ! Un panorama ouvrant sur la grande bleue et les îles …juste amazing pour nos mirettes, chaque jour à tout moment de la journée . Dominique et Éric sont des hôtes attentionnés et discrets et nous les remercions pour leur amabilité . Un séjour inoubliable à renouveler sans modération !

So wohl gefühlt in Urlaub seit langem nicht mehr Urlaub

Wir haben zwei Wochen in diesem schönen Haus verbracht. Alles ist da, um sich wohl zu fühlen. Die Aussicht ist traumhaft. Jeden Morgen freut man sich auf den Blick des Meeres, die wunderbare Terrasse und den Pool. Ist Das Haus ist geräumig sehr gemütlich. Wir waren zu viert und wir hatten sehr viel Platz. Wir würden gern noch mal herkommen. Vielen Dank an Eric und Dominique für diesen schönen Aufenthalt und Ihre Gastfreundlichkeit, die einfach perfekt war. Wo ist?

Rundum perfekt

Wir durften eine Woche in diesem wundervollen Haus verbringen. Es ist sauber, extrem gut ausgestattet und stilvoll eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und konnten uns erholen. Auf der Terrasse gibt es unterschiedliche Sitzmöglichkeiten, von denen man den wunderschönen Meerblick genießen kann. Zusätzlich gibt es noch weitere Sitzgelegenheiten im Garten und eine Tischtennisplatte. Die Lage ist perfekt, zu Fuß kann man zum Bäcker und einem kleinen Spar laufen. Die Gastgeber Eric und Dominique sind äußerst freundlich, diskret und hilfsbereit. Danke für die tolle Zeit - wir wollen wiederkommen.

Ein wunderschöner Urlaub in einem Traumhaus!

Wir haben den Urlaub von der ersten Minute an sehr genossen. Unsere Gastgeber Eric und Dominique empfingen uns sehr herzlich und waren äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sie zeigten uns die schönsten Strände und gaben uns Tipps für gute Restaurants und Ausflüge. Das Haus ist sehr zentral in La Croix-Valmer gelegen, alle Einkäufe lassen sich gut zu Fuß erledigen. Die Einrichtung des Hauses ist sehr gepflegt, modern, hell und geschmackvoll und ließ keine Wünsche offen. Der Pool mit Meerblick war unser aller Highlight. Im wunderschönen Garten gibt es überdies für jeden Geschmack die passende Sitzgelegenheit. Wir kommen gerne wieder und freuen uns schon auf einen weiteren Aufenthalt bei Dominique und Eric.

LCV in summer 2023

we had two wonderful weeks of our vacation in the house of dominique and eric in La Croix Valmer. we felt very comfortable. everything you need for a successful stay is available in the house. the location is magical, magnificent sea views, close to where everything is happening and a good starting point for exploring the area without the usual traffic jams. Dominique and Eric are two landlords who are very accommodating, pleasant and kindly. they give valuable tips and are open and helpful to all problem solving. you have your absolute privacy there and nothing is left to be desired. We would love to come back and would like to thank Dominique and Eric again for making our holiday even better. Greetings from Maureen, Loris and Stefan - you are great .

Séjour formidable

Nous avons passé un séjour fantastique! Éric et Dominique sont trés sympathique et possède un villa magnifique. La vue sur la baie de Cavalaire-Sur-Mer et le village de La Croix Valmer sont superbe. La maison est très bien équipée, très propre et accessible très facilement. Le village est à 2 minutes à pied! Certainement une adresse à recommander.
