Welcome to this charming furnished holiday home located in La Dornac, in the heart of the Black Périgord, in the countryside, in a calm and peaceful environment. Completely renovated, this 160 m² house offers all the necessary comfort to accommodate up to 8 travellers in a warm atmosphere. You will enjoy modern and functional equipment, designed for a hassle-free stay. Outside, a vast space awaits you with a superb 10x4 m swimming pool, a large garden, garden furniture and a barbecue to enjoy summer evenings. It is the ideal starting point for discovering the riches of the Black Périgord.



The swimming pool is open from 01/05 to 25/09.



Inside, discover a large, beautifully decorated living space of 42 m². The open kitchen, fully equipped (refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher and induction hobs), offers you everything you need to prepare your meals. For breakfast, a kettle and a Dolce Gusto coffee machine are also available. Share your meals around the indoor table or prefer the outdoor one on beautiful days. Enjoy the two living room spaces in the accommodation: one has a sofa and a television, the other a large sofa installed near the fireplace. Finally, a games room, with board games for all ages as well as books, is located at the back of the living space.



The accommodation has 3 bedrooms:

Bedroom 1 – on the ground floor: a king-size bed (180x190cm) and a large wardrobe.

Bedroom 2 – upstairs: a large 34 m² bedroom with a king-size bed (180x190 cm), a single bed (90x190 cm) and a desk.

Bedroom 3 – upstairs: a large 22 m² bedroom with a king-size bed (180x190 cm) and a single bed (90x190 cm).



The accommodation has a bathroom with a bathtub, hairdryer, towel rail and WC on the ground floor.



A washing machine, a tumble dryer, a travel cot and a high chair are also at your disposal.



You will easily be able to park in the housing courtyard and will benefit from a secure space to store your bicycles.
