“Unfortunately, my experience at El Valle Lodge was disappointing. From the moment we arrived, I felt that the treatment we received was not welcoming. We were made to feel as though we didn’t belong there, which was especially upsetting because we were simply vacationing in our own country.
I was also surprised that basic amenities such as coffee and even ice came at an additional cost. For the price of the stay, I expected a more welcoming experience and better attention to the comfort of...

“The condo is A1. Our area had a nice pool and a 7 minute walk to the restaurants and bar and a beautiful seawater lagoon. A large part of the resort is still under construction that doesn’t takeaway from what is complete. In 5 years this resort will be the best in Punta Cana. Our only disappointment was the lack of BBQ. The nearest grocery store is an Uber ride away. I would absolutely return to this beautiful modern clean condo. A”

“Looked just like the photos; however jets nor heat in jacuzzi worked. Water in primary bath nor kitchen never got warm much less hot. Window shade in kitchen was falling down, door on dresser in primary bedroom was broken, both air conditioner remote had dead batteries in it. There was dish liquid nor paper towels in the kitchen and only a half a roll of toilet paper for two bathrooms. Had to start our vacation of by immediately going to the supermarket for household necessaries. Now for...
