The studio includes an entrance with a closet, a bathroom with a vanity unit, toilet, and shower, a living area with a sofa bed for two and a television, a kitchenette with two electric hobs, a small refrigerator, and a microwave, a veranda, a courtyard with garden furniture, and a private parking space.
