No lo recomiendo, pésimo servicio.
La tarifa que nos cobraron por medio de la aplicación no se respetó, nos cobraron en efectivo un adicional porque los cuartos que reservamos no los tenían. No había desayuno como indicaba lo incluido, y la atención fue como si nos estuvieran haciendo el favor. Ellos culparon a la app por vender de más.

MEJORAR CALIDAD EN EL SERVICIO
La ubicacion es excelente si vas de shopping a los Outlets de Mercedes. El servicio del personal de front desk del turno matutino es pesimo, la señora se la paso hablando por telefono durante el horario de desayuno y si le preguntaban algo contestaba de malos modos y a las 9:01 ya no quiso dar servicio del desayuno, que tampoco es el suuuper desayuno. Anuncian continental y nunca vi fruta, solo cereal, pan y cafe. Pero en general lo que le quita puntos al hotel es el servicio de esta señora.

un hotel de tercera
sinceramente, si deseas estar cerca de los outlets de mercedes, hay otras opciones igual de baratas pero de mucho mejor calidad que este hotelucho de cuarta!! La recepcionista nada amable, el hotel en general se aprecia sucio y la ropa de cama es verdaderamente de infima calidad. El estado de las alfombras tambien no es el mejor, y huelen a sucio. (seria excelente las desodorizaran). En atencion, no recibimos ni la MAS MINIMA!! la contrario...el primer dia de registro dejamos una maleta (con identificador) en la recepcion, y los muy tontos en vez de ver la ID y enviarla a nuestra habitacion, LA TIRARON A LA BASURA!! en fin, creo que mi experiencia fue desastrosa y no regresare jamas este tipo de moteles de quinta categoria!!

Rooms Need Updating
Location was adequate for the purpose of our trip, the exterior was good, and our overall stay was ok. We have stayed here numerous times over the years due to it being close to family. However, the time has come for the interior of the rooms to undergo a complete update (makeover). From the bed, air conditioning unit, flooring, door security, and paint. Overall, it served its purpose.

This property booked rooms during the electrical outage in Texas despite having no electricity. My family could not stay, yet we have not been refunded our money. Disappointing to take advantage of elderly folks like that.
