You will be charmed by its large terrace (perfectly enclosed) that is welcoming and with no overlooking neighbours, with a heated swimming pool (equipped with a safety cover). You will have at your disposal a plancha, sun loungers and garden furniture. You will be able to park your vehicle in a private car park and your bikes in an external courtyard. This house offers excellent amenities, you will find for example a washing machine, a tumble dryer, an iron, a hairdryer... As for the independent kitchen, it is equipped with induction hobs, a refrigerator, a freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave, an oven, a toaster, a kettle, a filter coffee maker and nespresso… Two beautiful shower rooms are available in the accommodation.
