Las habitaciones son muy bonitas y el hotel es muy limpio. Situado en el centro de la fortuna con bonita vista, además dan informacióninformación turistica sobre las actividades cercanas.

Only boutique hotel in La Fortune centre

Over the years I have stayed at dozens of hotels in the center of La Fortuna, and this is the first hotel that I have found to be both boutique-like in its design as well as completely modern and new. The staff was incredibly friendly, breakfast delicious and ample, and the rooms spacious, clean and comfortable. Highly recommended if you need a hotel with an ideally situated location in the center of La Fortuna.

Excelente ubicación.

Las camas no son muy cómodas para dormir, pero de todas formas, ofrecen tantos tours de aventuras, que al final de día se llega exhausto y se duerme plácidamente. El servicio en general es muy bueno. Y tiene los balcones con vista al Volcan que por las mañanas es imponente. Excelente el servicio al huesped en asesoría de tours de aventuras. Aprovechénlo!!

All good except the 4AM wake up calls!

For the price was hard to beat when I booked online. All looked fantastic in the picts and for the most part all was great. The room was comfortable. Was nice to have a little fridge to keep drinks cold. The AC was sufficient. The breakfast was good. The staff were also very friendly. The only complaint is the nearby roosters. They started at 4AM. This is the sole reason would not stay again.

Once was enough

If you want a restful night sleep this isn't the place. Location is on the corner of the two busiest streets, very loud, motorcycles and trucks all night long. The hotel and bar are CASH only. It was almost clean, I guess they like to conserve because there was left over used soap in the shower, but the towels were clean. The pool wasn't useable unless you wanted to catch something. It was so green with algae only frogs could live in it.

Bel endroit bien situé, un peu bruyant, mais près de tout. Manquerait un endroit pour placer les valises. Personnel très avenant. Empressé de nous répondre.

My experience At this hotel was great , I didnt spend that much time in it. Trust me the location of this hotel is great everything is close to you from food, bars, park,church , transportation, to local gift shops. You need to talk to ERick here or ask around for him for great deals on tours tell him Freddy sent you

Simple, clean, professional

George greeted us immediately upon our arrival. He was friendly and helpful. The room was simple and clean with a balcony and a/c (much appreciated!) not much of a view but we didn't stay in the room much anyway. The bathroom was nice with a big glass shower but there was no door, not really sure what the deal was with that. But other than that, no complaints! Great location right in town with plenty of restaurants within walking distance and BEAUTIFUL view of the volcano if the clouds clear enough to see it, which it did for us

BREAKFAST AND FREE HOT SPRINGS, AMAZING!!

BREAKFAST, FREE HOT SPRINGS, AND LIVE MUSIC FOR JUST $50, AMAZING!!! ... Loved the atmosphere with the live music, and it's in a great location, easy to get around the city, restaurants, sodas, rock pools, hot springs, waterfall, national park, right in the heart of town. The staff with different FREE tours each day, just request it at the lobby, Staff were friendly and hospitable to help us navigate through town and guide us to our next destination. Thanks for your tips Nordick, always with a big smile for us!

In the middle of everything!

Nice hotel, right in the center of downtown....great location. It was under construction at the time but it didn't bother us to much. Their breakfast was good also.

Nice hotel

I had a good time at Hotel Central Loft. The room was nice and clean, it had a fridge and balcony. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was good. The hotel is in a central location but wasn't too noisy. I found the staff really friendly and helpful - they helped us to organize tours and got us good rates, and generally went above and beyond in my view. I also enjoyed the breakfast - really tasty. Good value for money and I would recommend to anyone.

Not what my family expected

My family arrived on February 14, 2015 past 11:30 p.m. There was nobody to welcome them. There was no provision where my family would be staying. It was not their fault why they came in late because our flight was delayed. Fortunately, my wife and I were booked at Hotel Magic Mountain which provided me the provision in spite that we were late. Hotel Magic Mountain allowed them to stay for overnight without pay in our room. If my wife and I did not have reservation in another hotel, where would my family be staying then. The following day, we went to Hotel Central Loft about my family's hotel reservation. The staff were not accommodating. My brother and sister in-laws were reserved on the third floor with no elevator. Both are senior citizens and had difficulty climbing steep stairs with missing handrail on certain parts. My family transferred to Hotel Magic Mountain. We did not get refund from Hotel Central Loft because of company policy.

Right in Town

The hotel is right in the centre of town and, as a result, there is alot of street noise making a quiet sleep not very likely. The noise is a trade off for being able to walk around town. That said, the rooms are spacious with high ceilings and very clean. We had a room with two double beds. There is a dresser, a nightstand and a flat screen tv on the dresser. The rooms also have a small refrigerator which was really nice to have. The rooms could use some hangers by the door to put clothes or rain gear on. The bathrooms are also spacious but do not have any place to put toileteries. They could put in a shelf. Our room had a small balcony. There is a small pool with nice landscaping but no lounge chairs, just some cement tables and benches. During our stay, the wifi did not work until the last day but it had good reception when it did work. Breakfast is included and offers 3 choices of pancakes with fruit, traditional tico breakfast and a continental breakfast. The food was good but with all of the fresh fruit, it was disappointing to have only orange juice that comes in a box or bottle.

The Staff Does Not Care Much About Your Well Being

There is a heavy set guy who runs the front desk but does not speak English. I told him I wanted to leave Monteverde and arrive in Tamarindo. The Interbus (the main form of tourist transportation) wasn't available the next day so he convinced me to take the public bus. This guy left me at a bus stop, and told me the bus I needed would come in 15 minutes. I waited for 2 hours only to use my broken spanish to find out it doesn't come at that stop at all! I ended up using my broken spanish to navigate to Tamarindo via 3 buses, a taxi and some minor hitchhiking. It took 8 hours. I called him and he didn't seem too concerned. The hotel is fine, it's near the rainforest but don't trust the front desk too much for itinerary planning.

Disorganized Staff

Could've been much better, however it seems they were in the middle of a lot of repairs to the building and computer booking system. They overbooked my reservation and were initially planning on moving me to another hotel. Turns out they just had their books all out of order and my room was available and everything was fine from then on.
