“Average stay!!! In side the house was clean. Nice deck!!! But the yard needed maintenance. Especially if kids are staying and are wanting to play in the yard. ”

“The large open space and layout of the home was just as seen on the site. Plenty of space, lots of parking, and beautiful location. Our group had an amazing time. We were not very successful at fishing but we swam, tubed, went on boat rides, rode the wave runners, kayaked, fished, grilled, and sunbathed. Looked as if lots of others in the area enjoyed our love of water sports and the good fishing spots were just up the creek mouth where the houses stop. We have no complaints at all. Awesome...

Macedonia & Kyrgyzstan) & 2 boys (Taiwan & Kazakhstan), the host father of the girl from Kyrgyzstan, & I were in Tallahassee to visit the Capitol & see the legislature in session. Anxious to get inside, the students streamed back out, exclaiming how beautiful & nice the house is inside "How did you find it!?" Phenomenal, homemade, healthy bars & lovely, handwritten words...

“Very comfortable home with plenty of room. Easy check in and checkout. Great location right on Lake Bradford.Great Kitchen, Living area. Pool needed cleaning and gas grill was non operable. Would recommend home for large family and group.”

“I booked the property for my family to stay at because I did not have enough room at my home. The house was amazing as well as the backyard pool. The scenery is wonderful with the pond. Everything is so nice and peaceful. Steve was a fabulous host. He is prompt with communication and very accommodating. My family enjoyed themselves so much that they would like to book this vacation home again! If you're thinking about renting this home don't hesitate, go for it!”

“Our family Stayed here for our daughter's graduation from FSU. The neighborhood is quiet and lovely. The home was clean and spacious for the 5 of us. We particularly enjoyed the back deck in the mornings listening to and watching the surrounding nature. It was very peaceful and a beautiful way to start the day. We had excellent Communication with Sam and Maria with prompt responses of our inquiries. Sam and Maria's place is close enough to visit campus in a short drive and all of the restaurants...
