“It’s a small room mostly for sleeping the outside patio is a great touch comes with a few chairs couch and tables there’s also grill ,washer, and dryer outside. The lighting at night isn’t very good there’s also an umbrella for shade. Comes with a complete kitchen the fridge is also large. Bathroom is nice and there’s also a large closet next door. Area is a nice neighborhood and there is plenty of stores and restaurants nearby walking distance. Never had any issue parking in street there was...

“Horrible stains surprisingly discovered on the bedroom mattress when sheets were removed. Appearance of clean and modern condition ruined by chemical stains on kitchen towels and bathroom floor. Outdoor areas had full trash cans with dried yard debris, apparently left a long time.”
